  A lovely place for a family stay.

  What a beautiful place in a vast space. Relax and unwind in the fresh mountain air in the surrounds of Gloucester on Avon. The sounds of native bird life as they fly in for their morning feed in just gorgeous. Lorraine and Don have spent many years perfecting their service and they do not fail to make you feel relaxed with the warm and inviting atmosphere they have created. We traveled as a family in Easter and enjoyed being able to switch off get back to nature and enjoy each others company. The rooms are spacious and offer your own ensuite. We enjoyed playing board games of an evening and in the morning Lorraine will make you a good old fashioned country breakfast with eggs made to your liking and she doesn't disappoint. Lorraine is also good for a chat and is very knowlegable in regards to the best places to visit in the area. If you are looking for a place to unwind with the family. Go and visit Lorraine and Don they'll look after you.

  Fabulous country hospitality

  Highly recommend this B & B. Nestled in a beautiful part of the world, great place to relax and get away from it all. Absolutely beautiful hosts who really go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Can't speak highly enough of our stay - thank you Lorraine and Don, we had such a lovely time and wish we could have stayed longer.

  Two night stay in Country comfort at Gloucester on Avon

  Do you enjoy feeling at home when you are away? Want somewhere with friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, clean, comfortable and homestyle cooked breakfast and homemade cookies and cake with your cuppa ? Then Gloucester on Avon is the place for you. Reasonably priced and most welcoming a great place to stay and close to town and all amenities.

  Comfy Elegance

  We had a wonderful weekend with Lorraine & Don. Excellent breakfast watching birds galore, lovely town, great access to the Barrington Tops park activities. We both give the Gloucester on Avon our top recommendation!

  A great stay in gloucester.

  We had a very nice stay with Lorraine, in gloucester. They were very helpful and friendly, great breakfast, beautiful room with our own bathroom. They are just out of town in a nice location. Highly recommended.
