  Good value for the price

  4 stars for the rate to value, the rooms are more 3.5 stars Good: - close to the airport and the high speed train station - the largest hotel in the town, taxi drivers know it well - reasonable price - a decent size room / bathroom - comfortable, but hard!, bed - clean sheets / towels etc - daily cleaning done well - safe box, hair dryer in the room - good heating system with a working thermostat - CAD $8 breakfast. a mix of Chinese and Western food - the staff handled requests in a timely manner, but the English skills are below the intermediate level Bad: - The rooms are not in pristine conditions, the carpets show age - Some mold in the shower - The water temperature in the shower was a bit hard to adjust - The Internet LAN didn't work and WiFi was public, not Secure

  Excellent value for money option not too far from the airport.

  I spent two nights here in March on a bed n breakfast basis. As i was travelling alone i chose a room with two single beds. The room was very spacious with a well appointed corner desk near the window with built in chargers and connections for electronic devices. The beds were large, quite comfortable with clean white linen. The bathroom also big with a great walk-in rain shower with glass panels. I was impressed by probably the most friendly reception staff i have yet encountered in China. Their English is not great, but they have a communication app that they use which proved quite useful. Most importantly, they are friendly and they'll definitely try to help wherever possible. Breakfast is a bit of a cattle run, but it really has the full spread and you could literally eat yourself to a standstill on western and chinese choices. There is a 'fancy' restaurant on the top floor for dinner with good views. the restaurant on the ground floor, where breakfast is served is open all day and you can get a very reasonable priced lunch or dinner there as well. It's a great choice if you're doing business in the area or if you need a place near the airport, coming or going. Have no problem recommending this hotel.

  Good and clean

  Fine place clean and comfortable small breakfest room direct in the lobby. Good service. All around normal standard big room clean and well infrastructure restaurant in walking distance. Not a touristic place. Okto stay for business some conection trouble by internet

  Not too bad for a 5 stars

  Hotel room are quite well equip for a five stars hotel in China. Except there are no fridge and ironing board for a five stars hotel standard. Overall am quite satisfied with the room. I will suggest to have a tissue box in the bathroom and one in the bedroom.

  Nice and Clean

  We stayed here for one night while on a tour in Qingdao. This hotel is not that far from the airport and seemed pretty new. Everything was sparkling clean and well taken care of. The manager of the buffet restaurant was particularly courteous and really caring. After learning that I was not feeling well and maybe coming down with a cold, he asked the kitchen to prepare a pitcher of remedy "Hot Coke with lemon and ginger" for me to take back to my room so I can have it throughout the night. This really helped and I was much better the next morning. What he did was above and beyond his duties. I wish I had taken down his name but unfortunately I didn't . Thank you for being so caring!
