  Amazing Staff and Comfortable Hotel

  I had the the pleasure, and I mean pleasure to stay here for three weeks. It is a wonderful hotel with world class, bilingual, staff. Staff is friendly and goes completely out of the way to help. Truly client-centric. The restaurant is very very good, with similar outstanding service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and just right. Thanks to all for the great hospitality. You are great ambassadors of Blagoveshchensk and Russia!!!!

  Amzaing hotel Very American oriented, staff incredible

  Was at Hotel Gloria for 6 days in June - stayed in the suite. It was amzaing. Perfect and the staff was SO attentive. Mix bilingual but they usually had someone on duty or tried mutually with google translation. Restaurant food incredible as well as the staff. Of particular note was wonderful Julia at the front desk that helped us many times. Again the restaurant staff is amazing. The city of Blago is so very different (good) that it was 17 years ago when I visited to adopt our daughter. Bravo Hotel Gloria - for a fantastic stay. Your suite is amazing. As is the entire staff. Cheers from Dallas,Tx (we were the mom and daughter meeting my daughters birth family - Melissa and Kendall Hendrick). Thank you for a respite during a surreal period in me and my daughter's life.   Hidden treasure in Amur region

  This hotel is a lovely mix of friendliness, excellent amenities, delicious food and drink and great proximity to the centre of Blagoveschensk, which is an easy city to navigate. Breakfast choices are copious, amd the dinner and lunch menus are also conducive to having a great stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and there's a lovely smoking area just outside the porch too! All rooms feature a stocked minibar, and the downstairs spa is very welcome after a great deal of travel! One piece of feedback I do have is that the pillows are too few and a bit soft - maybe 3-4 pillows per room would give guests more flexibility and comfort when sleeping. Definitely my first choice if i come back to Blagoveschensk!

  Very nice

  I was pleased by friendly welcoming and professional workers at the reception. Food in te restaurant was very tasty and nicely decorated. When I spoke with the hotel manager I said that I love cottage cheese and next morning they served me syrniki, that was out of Open Buffet. Thank you very much. Such a small things make the stay perfect. Go ahead!
