  Nice hotels

  I love this hotels.. Staff very nice Small room but clean and comfortable.. Near from Masjid Nabawi. Will definitely stay again if have another time to come to Madinah. Food not variable but acceptable to eat. Overall good enough.

  Stay at Gloria Hotel, Medina during our March visit

  Assalamualaikum, The stay at Gloria Hotel was somewhat substandard. We endured the small, congested room and the below average breakfast/lunch/dinner. However, the last day it turned out quite bad when they had a spoilt pasta-hotdog for breakfast. To think my children started eating it without even realizing it went bad. I had to call and inform the staffs to check and remove it. They did not give me any remorseful response, instead, the manager told me to go take food from the international buffet (which the Arabs ate) and take food for my family. It didn't sound very ethical that only I have to take for my family, we believe we paid full price for room and boarding. In summary, I will never return to Gloria hotel but the shopping below the hotel was good, a mini-mart and abaya store run by some Afghanistanis. Only perk.

  Worst stay, seriously!

  This is without doubt the worst hotel in madina. Bad staff and very very rude especially with women Dirty disgusting rooms and toilets Very bad lighting in the rooms Dont eat food from the hotel even if its for free The distance to the Haram might seem attractive, but youre better off walking a little more to avoid the worst hotel in madina. The managers and the owner are the same by the way. Ive complained to the duty manager (Khalid) and he is useless Ive even complained to the owner (abu sultan) and he is more useless. Just stay away from this hotel

  The only good thing abt this hotel is the location. ie its quite close to haram gate 15. *lighting in the room and bathroom is extremely bad * cockroaches in bathroom * they say that hot water is available 24hrs but thats not the case.. it comes n goes whenever it wants to * staff is pretty arrogant *we were gone for namaaz n had not chked out by 3pm which is their chk out time..our items n bag were inside the room.. the cleaners just barged into the room.. drove our parents who are abv 80yrs old outside.. took the key.. put our bag containing our documents and passports which we had left in the room in a plastic bag n were going ahead to hand it to the reception.. we were shocked to reach the room and find people already cleaning it and our items accumulated in their cleaning cart... on mentioning it to them as to how they could touch our items and bags.. they said.. this is the hotel rule.. cant do anything abt it. Ridiculous. suppose if our other bags were open in the room, would they throw everything outside like that?? we had left shopping boxes and plastic bags in the room and thought we ll come back n chk them properly before disposing them..in case something is left behind, but these people threw all of those away.. how can the cleaners decide on what whether we would want to keep those boxes and bags or throw them??. The reception is useless.. they dont pay heed to any complaints.. it seems they re doing us a favour by alloting a room to us *there are only 6 lifts for 307 rooms..one of the lifts is mostly non functional so 5.. the lobby is small and overcrowded.. during namaz hours the lift is overcrowded and you may not b able to make it in time for prayers if u leave a little before namaz time as it takes atleast 10mins to get down frm 11th flr to ground flr by lift.. Over all they made our experience pathethic beyond words... Avoid at all cost.

  Worst stay in my whole life, made me forget that Im in the blessed city of madina !

  Horrible experience, you better sleep in the street other than staying in this trash Hotel manager, restaurant manager and all the staff working there are uneducated with no manners exclude from that (Razan and Hanady) both of them tried to their best to make our stay better , they deserve to work in a 5 stars hotel This trashy property should shut down
