  25 minutes swift walk to the center

  ... if you like the walk through a typical high rise, sowjet style apartment block area (which tends to become less populated in the evening) and if you are fluent in Russian in order to understand directions (you will need them !), then this hotel can be a good choice. My room was very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast, at a kitchen table, does not deserve my recommendation.

  Globus is awesome!

  This is a small hotel (Mini) with about 5-7 rooms. They may have expanded since my last visit. The hotel is run mostly by family who see to it you have everything you need. A bonus for me was that one of the family members is multi-lingual which tremendously made my stay extremely pleasant and I felt like I was returning to a warm home each evening as opposed to a huge hotel that does its best to empty your pockets. While hotels are sprouting up all over the Perm area Globus is rooted by consistent good service and time proven over the years as it continues to attract repeat service which is really the hallmark of great hotels.   Excellent place to stay in Perm

  I stayed at the Globus Mini Hotel on recommendation from fellow travelers I meet elsewhere in Russia. I was so glad I changed my booking to stay with Alyonka and her family. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, cooked us a special dinner to celebrate the first New Zealanders to stay in their hotel, helped arranged activities to do Perm, and Alyonka and her mum took me out on a day trip to see the tourist attractions around the city. I feel I arrived a guest and left friend. Two years on I am still in contact with Alyonka as she and her family are such amazing people.   Second Home

  It was my first trip to russia and the stay in globus was awesome very comfortable rooms and excellent service .... the experience was like being at home.... thank you for the management ... would love to visit again ....

  Friendly, happy, peaceful place to stay

  For a research exchange I got the opportunity to stay one month in Perm. I am very glad that I picked this hotel, with its two very welcoming owners. I had a big room with a comfortable bed, a desk, and bathroom with bathtub for myself - always clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is shared, you may bring your own food or order breakfast or the house-made pelmeni. But really the best thing about this hotel, as other visitors already described, is the welcoming atmosphere, the hospitality of the owners which helped me with any kind of the problems that you face when you come to a new country where you don't know the language. The owners are mother and daughter, both very cheerful, funny, and mindful persons, and especially with the daughter I chatted if four languages: English, Russian, German, and Spanish. There is a guitar in the kitchen which add up to the feeling of being at home. And you have to try the homemade Sirniki, they are so delicious! Perfect place for my work trip, where I on the one hand had wifi/silence for working and on the other hand enjoyed all the happy time with the owners and staff. Not to forget how close it is to the city and how spacious the rooms are!
