  Great place to stay when visiting or passing through Glenville

  We have stayed at this hotel for years (formerly Best Western). Always clean and quiet. Bed is comfy. Not a fancy big breakfast but ample to get you started for the day. Cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, juice, coffee, oatmeal, toast, hard boiled eggs, and assorted pastries and fruit. Unfortunately the restuarant that was beside it has been closed for quite some time. Great value for the price.

  Quick unplanned overnight stop

  We couldnt have been more impressed with this place! We did not have a reservation and arrived late as this was an unplanned trip. For only paying $80 it was worth more than that. The beds were extremely comfortable and had soft sheets. Breakfast was acceptable. Sausage gravy and biscuits for those who can handle them. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place highly!!

  Family Reunion

  Spent four nights here and the rooms were clean, and refreshed each day, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We had the buffet breakfast each morning was good but they could improve on the selection. Our family gathered for an unplanned light dinner and the staff and food was great.

  Worth the stay

  After a long drive, we stayed at the Glenville Inn for one night. When one stays in a non-big name motel, one can be a bit apprehensive. The Inn was really wonderful! Extremely friendly staff, clean, very large room, a heater that worked well and quietly, a good shower with plenty of hot water and towels, and a comfortable bed and pillows. TV service included quite a few channels. Breakfast was more limited than some similar motels but it was sufficient. The Pioneer restaurant next door was not operational when we were there but there are places in town.. The only small issue is that our room faced the road, Route 5, and the traffic though limited was still noisy.

  They charged my card for three nights in error , made several calls to get out money back and nearly a month later we still are not getting any results...will now proceed to treat this as fraud ..the manager Ted has not been very helpful and has been quite rude as well...I would not recommend nor trust my card info ever again with them .
