You must stay here!Glenart House is hands down the best B&B I've stayed in during my week long stay in all of Ireland. Frank and Majella were just incredible- two people who clearly enjoy what they do and will go above and beyond to help their guests. Majella immediately gave me tips on what to see in Waterford with a map that she had, and even gave tips on how to go about parking. She also so kindly helped bring bags up to our room too! Rooms were beautiful and clean. Parking was plentiful and the B&B was just gorgeous on the outside as well. Breakfast might have been my favorite part of our stay. Everything was homemade- orange juice, jams, you name it. The number of options for breakfast surpassed that of any other place we stayed, which is especially helpful when you don't eat a lot of red meat. I had an incredible Lox bagel (smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel) with fresh herbs on top from the garden, along with coffee, toast, and orange juice. For the cost, you just can't beat the value of staying here. This place just feels like home. Highly recommend staying here to anyone in the area, you won't regret it!

Beautiful house and lovely coupleWe stayed in Glenart House over the Tramore horse racing meeting. I couldn't believe how close it was to the track and the town. We were welcomed by Frank & Majella and offered a pot of Tea straight away. Rooms were beautiful and spotless with stunning views. Frank even offered us a lift to the race track. The next day we have a beautiful full Irish breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, they also had home made bread, jam and marmalade for us. The stay was a fraction of the cost of a hotel and I would strongly recommend giving it a try.

WowWe booked this late minute I think 2 days in advance as I had a hospital app in Waterford and we decided to stay a night.now I know we were lucky to get it.we ended up staying a 2nd night.we dont drive and its so easily accessible with public transport from Waterford city to tramore and a short walk to the centre of tramore from the property .on arrival we had a very warm welcome from Majella who offered us tea or coffee straight away and of course my partner accepted and she brought him down a little tray with cake aswel and I thought it was a lovely touch. The property is spotless and the gold room was lovely and comfy. The decor was lovely and a lot of nice little touchs.Slept amazing in the very comfy bed.Breakfast was fabulous.Id go back for Majellas homemade brown bread alone! Orange juice was so fresh and it was all high quality produce and even the tableware was of great quality and taste.Frank was very attentive. They are two people that you just know are in the right profession.they are just really nice kind people and the worst part of the whole trip was leaving!!we found it excellent value for money and wed go back in a shot.

Best guest house everGlenart house is a beautiful luxurious residence. Our room was thoroughly modern( with a wonderfully comfortable bed) yet had buckets of olde worlde charm. The breakfast was amazing with more choices than I have ever seen! Home made bread, jams and marmalade and freshly squeezed orange juice!!! Our hosts Frank and Majella are wonderful, going the extra mile for their guests. Thanks guys.
