  Un hostal fantástico

  Sirven comida excelente tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, con mucha comida casera, los desayunos son particularmente apetitosos, con muffins y fantásticas tortitas al estilo americano. La habitación era espaciosa, nos encantó el gran salón y el invernadero, muy relajante después de cenar. Olive y Paddy son unos anfitriones muy agradables, recomendamos encarecidamente a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí. Alan y Jennifer de Lancaster.

  Un pequeño oasis

  Glasha Farmhouse está llena de detalles que te hacen sentir en casa y la calidez de Olive es genial. La habitación era limpia y cómoda con todas las facilidades: espacio para preparar café/te, televisión, shampoo...en fin un Bed/ Breakfast cinco estrellas, sin duda alguna. Fue una grata experiencia y el desayuno delicioso. Absolutamente recomendado.

  Best Bed and Breakfast!

  Glasha Farmhouse is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. I absolutely loved our stay. Once inside, we were greeted with lovely antiques and a very beautifully appointed room. The ensuite bathroom was modern. The sunroom where breakfast was served was delightful. Olive was tickled when we ordered the smoked salmon and eggs, as it is her signature dish. We were served fruit in martini glasses with yogurt and home-made muesli and a variety of breads. When Olive served the eggs, we were pleasantly surprised to see the plates garnished with fresh flowers. Olive was extremely warm and welcoming and chatted with us as we ate. She offered several suggestions about where to go, and we took her up on the suggestion to go over the mountain to Lismore. Lismore is enchanting and we very much enjoyed the castle gardens and cathedral. I highly recommend staying at Glasha house. It has lovely views and the hostess is the best! *If traveling from Waterford, allow plenty of time! I was very thankful for GPS as I'm not sure we'd have found it otherwise. Hint - use the coordinates! Works much better, as Ballymacarby isn't 'found' as a valid city name.

  What a great place to stay

  I was part of a group of walkers who spent 2 days at Glasha Farmhouse and I honestly can't recommend it more highly. Olive was a wonderful host and made us so welcome from our arrival to departure. The attention to detail was excellent and in these COVID times she observed all of the required safety precautions while still maintaining such a warm experience for us all. The accommodation was excellent and the food superb with wonderful finishing touches. Olive also arranged a walking guide for the group, Michael. He was a pleasure to be with and was so knowledgeable on the local walks and the history of the area. I will definitely be back.

  Lovely stay

  Enjoyed a lovely stay in Glasha farmhouse last bank holiday Sunday evening. Everything was just wonderful including breakfast which was beautifully prepared and presented. All Covid 19 safety protocols were strictly kept during our stay making us feel both confident and safe. Thank you Olive for your warm welcome. We enjoyed it immensely and hope to return soon to enjoy the local hill-walking.
