  Great location and amazing breakfast

  The hotel is located just 2 minutes walking from city center and main streets for shopping and restaurants. Comfortable and calm rooms. Very helpfull staff. The skiroom is just behind the main entrance. Private parking right next to the hotel.

  Good hotel

  We have stayed a week for the ski holiday. the receptionist was nice and gave us information we needed, the hotel was close to everything, good breakfast and cleam room. unfortunatly we didn t have a pool or a spa in the hotel.

  Good location

  We stay there for a week skiing and the hotel is at a prime location (2 minutes walk with ski boot to the lift or bus stop to Kaprun), 5 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes to the shops and town centre. The rooms are typical Austrian type, clean, comfortable and very quiet (ours was right against the main street and only once or twice we felt the vibrations of a passing truck). Bear in mind not all room have a balcony (ours didn't). There is also a free sauna in the hotel, we didn't use it but it look very clean and from what we understand can be use at any time of the day. The owner is very friendly and so are the Ladies at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is also typical Austrian with cured meat, cheese, yogurt dried fruit, bread, egg, coffee-tea-hot chocolate, cereals in 2 words: A FEAST. For the aspect we felt could be improve on the 1st one the ski room, although heated my boots were never dry in the morning (as they were on shelves not in racks like many places have). I'm not sure of the opening time of the hotel bar, sometimes you could have a apres ski beer or after dinner one, sometimes it was closed. The hotel DON'T do dinner, but they offer a discount card for some of the restaurants around. The main question will I come back, YES without hesitation.

  5 min walk Zell lake

  Hotel are in the middle of Zell Am See. Perfect family room for our family 5 people stayed 2 nights, room was clean and comfortable bed. Hotel have their own parking space free parking, hospitality staff with reasonable breakfast. No additional cleaning fee like hotel in Kaprun.

  One of the Best stay in my life

  This is by far one of the best hotel we have stayed. Location is just perfect only 5 minutes walk to the lake , Rooms are well decorated and Spacious , Hotel Staffs and Owner are very kind and helped us on the local hiking routes and sight seeing options. Overall it was an awesome stay and no doubt zell am see is one of the best place in Austria to visit. We have stayed in June,2019 for two nights , wish to stay more in future.
