  Anniversary Celebration

  My husband and I have been going to Glasbern Inn for several years and usually thrilled with our stays. This last trip we found to be very disappointed with our room. Normally we had booked one of their beautiful suites but none were available so I had booked a superior queen room in the main barn area. NOTHING like pictured on web page. Stayed in lower level which is noisy hearing all footsteps above you and walls very thin! Room next door watched TV until 3 am and you heard everything. No beauty or elegance found in this rooms decor. You felt as if you were staying in someones basement. Definitely overpriced! Found out on our bill we were in the whirlpool room which isnt even listed as one of the room choices on web page....we now know why. Package we purchase included dinner and breakfast for two. Only complaint with dinner was it didnt include 2 of every course ...you had to pick or choose paying extra for 2 appetizers or desserts unlike previously offered and had to even pay for drinks...not cocktails but ice teas. Ending on a positive note.....staff and food was awesome as usual.....

  Great getaway

  Beautiful, charming, rustic and romantic property. Stayed in a lower packhouse room for 1 night for a getaway, loved the view from the patio over the pond. Room was clean, and the jacuzzi, TV, shower and everything else all worked perfectly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The trails around the inn are well maintained. Got room service breakfast it was quick and excellent. Pre-arrival amenities of champagne and chocolate were arranged seamlessly. All in all a great experience.

  Anniversary Celebration

  My husband and I went to the Glasbern for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. Having lived in the Lehigh Valley our entire lives we have never been here before. You would never believe that this inn is only 15 minutes away from downtown Allentown. We checked in around 7 pm and the grounds looked magical all lit up with lights. Upon checking in we were greeted by a very friendly young man, who explained the grounds and how to get to our building. We stayed in the Packhouse Upper Suite Traditional room, it was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the fireplace made the room cozy. Breakfast was amazing and the waitress who served us both days we were there was super friendly and accommodating. We had massages which we booked at the time we made our reservation. This is encouraged due to COVID as they dont keep their massage staff in house unless there is a massage booked. The building with the spa was right up the walkway from our building and was clean and the staff were very friendly. COVID procedures were followed by both myself and my husband as well as the massage therapists. Dinner was AMAZING! Again the wait staff was super attentive and couldnt do enough for you. Over all the stay was very relaxing with all of the craziness in the world right now.

  Birthday Relief Trip Accomplished!!

  I took my fiancé here for a 3 day getaway and I didnt realize how much I needed it as well. In light of COVID-19, I was very particular in regards to planning this weekend. Since March 2020, both me and my fiancé have been functioning as robots so this was such a relief to be in this atmosphere. We were very impressed by their compliance of social distancing, the cleanliness of the landscape, the beauty of the views, the updated Cabin-style room with a Jacuzzi (Upper), The complementary breakfast (Kudos to the Chef) although we did have dinner, but it was out of pocket (Worth it) & The overall friendliness of the staff. We even indulged with the spa amenity that was offered (mask on) and it was amazing (prices were decent). Henceforth, we are seriously considering this place as being a potential venue as we begin to plan our wedding!!

  Incredible, Cozy, Romantic Getaway

  My husband and I escaped the craziness of our young kids and booked a 2 night getaway to rest, relax, and reenergize amidst this busy season. Glasbern did not disappoint. We were able to keep to ourselves and enjoy a quiet retreat on this historic and beautiful farm. The deluxe farmhouse suite was stunning, clean, and luxurious. We ordered breakfast and dinner to our room and each time the meals came still hot, despite the cold rain outside, and allowed us to socially distance during our time there. Whirlpool tub and fireplace worked great, shower was awesome, and even the heated floors added a nice touch to our stay. Highly recommend!
