  Fabulous Gîte- 5* +++

  Cant rate this beautiful Gîte highly enough. From its position overlooking the fjord, to the tasteful and comfortable rooms, verandas, the small pool, and super gas BBQs; no expense has been spared. Breakfast is superb, from a friendly and charming host. We loved it all; so much so that we put our plans for touring the area on hold, and spent a day enjoying the views and facilities. And the icing on the cake was Oscar, a three month old cocker spaniel, who kept us entertained by his antics and excitement as he discovered life.

  What a fantastic place

  We travelled to gite du Haut Arbres for a one night stay during our 17 night trip. We should have stayed for longer. The Gite was lovely and the owners children, who were looking after it at the time we were there, were very welcoming. Our room was very nice and we had a bathroom across the hall which was exceptional. The views are wonderful and we even managed to dip our feet in the pool. It wasn't warm enough to have a swim. The breakfast was very nice too. The only downside was the fact were weren't there long enough! Several days next time were in the area.

  What a Find! Quiet, Modern Charm A Room with a Natural View +++

  Located in a swanky neighbourhood in the forest with this B&B has incredible views: what a find! Modern, unique, eco-friendly, quiet & comfortable. There are a range of breakfast choices my husband enjoyed the waffles!

  Welcome to our rooms with a view!!!

  The owner, and family were so nice to work with on our 3 night stay. We booked very late, so got the last room, with a window, but not really a view. We did have access to a great deck to enjoy views of the Saguenay River. The building for breakfast is accessed outdoors up stairs, and once again while eating your choice of 4 breakfast options also had a lovely view. You were served as if in a fancy restaurant with coffee, juice or tea. What a quaint find. I would return, but would book early to get a room with a view and private deck.

  Charming chalet like property

  Great location with breathtaking view! Little outdoor pool with beautiful views and our room was very nice as well with great view. No breakfasts due to Covid but appears to have communal space for cooking, bbqing. The owners live on site and are very nice and great hosts. They also have a little pig on site who is super cute. Ver romantic and best place to watch the sunset!
