    Bedbugs

    We were given a room which was crawling with bed bugs, in the chairs and the towels which was horrific especially when arriving at midnight. The room and bedsheets were dirty. We were swapped immediately to a room that looked bug-free but the hygiene was unimproved. The hotel clearly has an issue with mould as it was covering the shower curtains and the pillows. Seriously, if you decide to stay look at your pillows as in both rooms they were black with mould. Breakfast was average. We could see the pool which was green and had a dangerous looking broken step which was covered in rust. We left and booked a different hotel at the first opportunity.

    Total value For money..great stay

    just ike to say one word worth every Rupee you spent. This hotel is not exactly on the beach but it is just 1.5 km away from beach, The staff was very helpfull ,swimming pool is also a decent size. Rooms are quiet clean with attached balcony. The breakfast menu is also good. booked this hotel for 4 nights good for couples and friends group as well

    Bad service

    Please do not book this hotel by OYO. When we go there they say OYO Contract is over so they cant allow check in. Please stay away from this Hotel. And location is not good for this Hotel. It is in very congested area.

    Bad Experience ever

    One of the Worst hotel..Old Property..They dnt have manners to talk with the guest..Bad Hospitality..They even dnt provide Dental Kit..when I asked for late check out, the lady at the reception told me i can only take extra 5 minutes on their checkout time and if I cross 5 minutes their Sir will charge me for late check out.

    Room boy interview

    Very rude behaviour of Hotel HR/HK staff. Today one boy who badly in need of a ob was called for test. The boy went well dressed up hoping to get a job. Bur the HR/HK team first asked him to clean a very dirty room and toilets, and after getting the room cleaned, telling the boy you are not fit after getting the room and toilets cleaned from him. This is really not good fair behaviour and image of the hotel or May be it was done as their regular staff was absent. Is this the way this hotel and staff behave for giving such jobs. Need to introspect
