  Great expectations, Greater disappointment

  We stayed in Two rooms from 04/08/2019 till 05th. Check-in experience was as expected, no complaints. We had reached by 12:30 pm and the staff was quite courteous in giving us rooms immediately and informing us though the check in time was 1400 hrs he will still accommodate us. However, in the room the TV was not working, Key could not be activated even after 2 pm till 5 pm when they had to reset the entire key system in the door and issue us a new key. every time we had to wait for their staff to come and open the room while we were waiting outside with child and ladies to enter. TV was not working and whenever we asked they kept saying that some installation was going on. It never worked. The Room service and also the Restaurant service ( Food was Good, no issues) was extremely slow, repeat, extremely slow. Coffe took half hour. Dinner was better and faster. We had to approach the waiters even to keep water during dinner. Breakfast buffet was good, no complaints. IN the bathroom, Water in the wash basin was trickling down and repeated complaints fell on deaf ears. Worst experience of all, water stopped completely on 05/08 morning during bath hours and led to quite embarassing situations. Water was restored after 20 minutes. We opted for Ginger Hotels expecting flawless service as previously experienced and left thoroughly disappointed.

  Excellent team. Best in Tirupur

  As usual, the hotel was courteous from the start. The room was spacious, cleaned well and accessories added. Service was excellent. Front Office and the restaurant was superb with graceful staff always in attendance. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay here on my future visits to Tirupur. I like the ambience and courtesy. Thank you Ginger Tirupur Team".

  Best example for worse

  I have stayed on 06 march 2020 in this hotel in room there is no pillow cover If I want order food from room service means I have to call 3 to 4 times after that I got burned chicken 65 noodles without vegetables staff using rubbish words in front lady guest wonderful worst experience in this city

  STAY AT GINGER TIRUPPUR HOTEL DURING THE COVID-19 SHUTDOWN IN THE COUNTRY

  my name is jay roya and I am from south africa and I would like to write a review on ginger hotel tirupur 1. my stay from 24 th march 2020 during the covid - 19 country shutdown 2. ou tempretures are checked by the assitance manager yoga in the morning and evening without fail 3. all staff in the hotel are with masks and gloves at all times. The is a proper social distance in place 4. our rooms are cleaned daily from house keeping with all linen and towels changed daily 5. the room service guys are with the proper uniform masks gloves 6. hotel follows a rule of social distances 7. the hotel gates are locked as we are not allowed to leave the primese and there are no guest allowed as this is for our own safely 8. all workers stay at hotel as no one is allowed to leave during the shutdown by government again another safety for us . 9. june is the room service person in charge and the food is service on time with the proprer cleanlyness 10. gopi is the chef at the hotel and the food prepared very very well . Compliments to the chef.
