  Peaceful experience

  The location is good. The rooms are big & clean Sanitisation, safety precautions are in place increases your level of comfort. Check-in is touch free, and Nitul & Deempi at reception was ever helpful Food is also good . Overall good experience - would love to come again

  Serene and Hygienic

  Ginger Hotel in Guwahati is one the most cleanest and most hygiene maintained hotel ever visited. Staffs are absolute professional and understand your needs and requirements very well. The food of the ginger is delicious and the best part is they maintain a proper social Distancing during this Corona times. They keep on cleaning the rooms and the corridors. Dimpi Hazarika is one the best staffs in the Ginger Hotel. She is very Polite and very affectionate. Overall it's an excellent stay in the time of Corona. And one the strikingly attractive part is the location. It's very calm and have a scenic beauty of glorious hills of Assam.

  Wonderful stay experience

  My stay in this hotel was a personal stay. Checked-in on 16.12.2020 and stayed for one night with my child. I received warm hospitality from the entire hotel team starting from reception to Restaurant and the Housekeeping team. Food from the restaurant was very delicious and we received a very good service from the Restaurant manager Mr. Sumanta Roychowdhury. He was very courteous and welcoming. Thanks to the entire Ginger team for the welcome and hospitality received.

  Ginger hotel stay

  Excellent hospitality at hotel Ginger. Guests are personally attended to. Especially the person serving guests at hotel Mr Dullu is very warm and charming. Though hotel is little far from city,place is clean

  Seriously need renovation

  Stayed few times earlier and after lockdown stayed 1at time.This property seriously needs renovation. Location:Away from crowded Guwahati and near 6th mile,for me it's location is its USP,Uber mostly available.Those who wants to explore places/food near the hotel in evening would be disappointed as there is nothing near the property but for me who just want to relax at room after returning it's good option. Room and property: Most of the Ginger have nearly same type of construction and it's also the same,mid size room (just ok for 2) with bathroom, typical furniture.The furniture are now too old and needs to be changed,same for taps and shower at bathroom,all needs renovation and changed. Restaurants:Like any other Ginger it has square meal restaurant,food was ok but menu was too small, should add more items. Complimentary breafast was also basic,need to improve,not worth the money we had paid. Staff:Staff are helpful and courteous,check in was smooth, restaurant staff are good. And last but not the least, complimentary WIFI is non existing, atleast in my room on 3rd floor .It was just showing connected but no internet.
