  Need refurbishment

  Just checked out today from room 202 for 1 night. The room was spacious. But the bed sheet was stained with black mark. The bedding, towels, although seems like white color, but it was not clear white, grayish. There were peeled wall paint that need to be repaint. The carpet also look dirty. And the view of the room was awful. The bathtub had some cracks and black stain can be visible around it. The hotel had swimming pool but seems need improvement as the water was very dirty its more like a pond. The only thing that saved the hotel was friendly staff around and I had good breakfast.

  Not advisable

  my son n his wife went for 1 nite stay. with them is his parents in law. spooky, dirty and bugs. they paid but never stay. immediately left the place after they entered the rooms. far from town. sorry but will be good for those who want cheap and need sleep only.

  Nightmare in this hotel

  The room is very dirty and old. the toilet light spoiled and power trip a few time. the bed sheet, pillow case and blanket is not white but yellowish and old. the pool is very dirty. staff is not friendly. i have to wait for 15mins to check out because they dont have money to change for my deposit.

  Not worth 3* rating

  I wonder how this hotel gain its rating as 3.5*. Total disappointment. My family of 6 came in early on Saturday. Rooms were fully book so we didnt get our early c/in. Staffs promise that we will get our rooms by 1400hrs. We came back at 1600hrs, rooms we ready. But to our disappointment, one of the room doesnt have pillow cases and towels. Call down to reception and was told, they have insufficient amount and will sent up once they have wash the earlier batch. Nothing was sent up till 2000hrs. That was not the only 'hickup' we had. I have list down all as below:- No fridge (not as advertise) View from room is dirty The whole room is so dirty. Not maintain properly No pillow cover upon check in No towel upon check in. Algae all over the room and toilet Carpet so dirty/dusty and with lots of holes Cockroaches found in the room Not a friendly hotel. Building seems to be run down and amenities are limited. Will need to call for room service to keep the drinks in their cold storage and wait for long due to shortage of manpower. Price is not resonable with the service given. Wifi very slow & usually get disconnected. Loud music along the walkway during night after 10pm Smelly towel. No hairdryer (not as advertise) Shower room/toilet at pool looks like 'hounted house' Slow service of restaurant staff and replenish of food and drinks No safe box (not as advertise) 2nd day breakfast requested 2 sets of half boil eggs. Waited for an hours, the item does not arrive. No one came and give any information or any cancellation about the item ordered. Breakfast on all 3 days are the same. Upset breakfast as the noodle served with egg shell in it. Have requested for a late check out on the last day, the reception had put the price for the late check out tho there wasnt any crowd on a normal weekday.

  What a nighmare.

  The website claims wifi. Broken. I walked about 2 km to find a place to get a sim card. They claim to have a beautiful pool. Check the photo.ooks like algae growing on it. Cockroaches in the toilet bowl. Stains on the passage carpets, and in the rooms. Bare minimum at breakfast.They do not cater for vegetarian at all. If you're muslim, you're OK. You'll get woken at about 4 am, by a nearby mosque loudhailer.
