A roof top studio in the heart of Tel-Aviv

A large room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, with a large terrace about 20 square meters, where you can have your meals, breakfast as well as dinners, in the cool wheather of Tel-Aviv, with loungers, an external shower if the sun is too hot : a real paradise at the heart of one of the most authentic quarter of The-Aviv, old streets near the beach (the apartment is located at 10' by foot of the beach, at 10' of the Carmel Market, and about 20' of Dizengoff or Rothschid.

    Simple, efficient, ideal location

We had a bachelor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at the corner of Ha'Ari and Geula, steps from Allenby, and a 10 minute walk down Geula to the beach. It was minutes from the Carmel Market. We had a small kitchenette that served our needs. We made coffee, had a place for our purchases at the market - oranges, mint, Halvah, you name it. there were also mini markets for things like milk and bottled water nearby. t was clean, plenty of hot water when needed. It gave us more of a feeling of living in Tel Aviv than as a tourist in a big hotel. Check in is at the office at Allenby 6, near the beach. hte office paid a taxi to take us to the room. Taxi to/from the airport was about 150 NIS. On our last day, we just left the luggage in the room and they brought it to the office. We went everywhere by bus - Jaffa, Rabin Museum, and Jerusalem (Google Maps is your friend, telling you which busses to take). Ours was a rather different trip as every second day we had a driver in . a private car. The timing of the visit was ideal - Yom HaZikaron and Yom HaAtzmaut - they really knw how to celebrate!

    Run by Liars and Thieves

I booked this hotel in Febuary 2018 for a stay from 20 June to 28 June 2018. The booking went well and they were quick to answer my questions. Emails were answer quickly and it seemed professional. I booked for Geula Suites. This was the only thing that was easy. After I arrived at the airport. It wasn't painful, but I managed to make it to the check in hotel at the end of Alenby St. by Train and a single transfer to a bus. After I check in I had to walk to the hotel which was about 13 mins away with my luggage. They provided a person to walk with me to show me the room. The room was ok. It provided a purpose. It had a bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning. The air conditioning unit was loud, but as hot as it was at least it worked. There was black mold in the shower and you could see it in the drain of the sink in the bathroom as you can see from my pictures. The kitchenette unit did not supply paper nor material towels. There were only a few dishes and cups. No contianers to hold food. This is the part that is just dishonest and disgusting. When I left I forgot to pack two shirts. A very expensive new Calvin Klein button down and a Gap button down. They were new shirts. On 1 July I emailed Geula Suites their main office and asked if they could mail my shirts and charge my credit card on file. Gabby responded back to tell me she has the shirts and they would be mailed to me. Three weeks passed and I emailed again on 21 July. This time Moe emailed me back and said they were busy and would get back to me. I waited another week and send a email on 29 July asking if there was a problem. I never got a resonse back. I email again on 5 August and informed then had they just told me they wanted to keep the shirts from the beginning or they were not going to mail them to me would be one thing. But to send me emails telling me you have my shirts and would mail them. Then to not mail they and get to the point you ignore my emails is just not professional. They are liar and theives. I had a great time in Israel and it is an amazing Country, but the people that run Raphael Rokah a chain of three hotels is just not right.

    Would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again! I chose this accommodation because it was affordably priced, thinking I was going to be getting some slightly better than hostel-type accommodations, but I felt like I was staying in a much classier hotel than I'd expected it to be! The twin-room studio looked recently refurbished, and it was well equipped with everything a visitor might need: it included a kitchenette with cookware and dinnerware, a bathroom with toiletries that were replenished daily, and a much-needed air-conditioner that worked very well (it was 30 degrees while we were there). The flat was walking distance from Jerusalem beach, from Carmel market, and from various tourist-friendly establishments (i.e., open even on Shabbat). The front desk/reception is a 7-minute walk away (I think it's the reception for a number of centrally-managed flats for rent in the area). The staff at the front desk was also very helpful: they helped us book a day tour to Jerusalem, gave us advice about which bus to catch to get to the train station, and let us leave our luggage in storage on our final day as we went around Jaffa. I will be recommending this place to friends!

Good location in expensive Tel Aviv

The apartments are within close walking distance to the beach in one direction and the high street in the other direction. Everything was clean and the room well appointed, although there was a bit of damp smell in the room, probably because it's so close to the sea. There were enough complimentary soaps and creams and an ironing board with iron, and a small kitchenette with a few things in it. It would probably be alright for a short stay up to three nights or so, but I'm not sure about longer if you have to make your own meals. The reception staff at the check-in office are extremely helpful and kind and I can only compliment them on how they deal with customers. The taxi to the airport they arranged for us was there right on time in the middle of the night. Thank you. I'd certainly stay here again when in Tel Aviv and would also recommend Geula Suites to friends.
