Very cool hotel especially for a Bulldawg fan.I highly recommend the hotel for it's location, the quality of the suites, convenient parking right under the rooms, and the nice common areas. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screens in both rooms. Free Wifi is an added bonus.

OMG, the smellNo place to park to check in, if you're unfamiliar with the area...no signage. Check in was ok...not very professional. Clerk was in Libby watching TV with her boyfriend. Felt like we were a bother. Got to room that smelled like old cigar smoke. Brought to the attention of the clerk who had nothing to offer. Besides not being a king sized bed we had a queen. I'm oversized and am uncomfortable on a queen. Still no help from the front desk. Next morning brought up my situation with the new clerk at the desk...she was nice but had no suggestions since the had no vacancy. They did put in a shower curtain liner after I mentioned we didn't have one. Later in the day returned to an even stronger odor. Back to the front desk. No help there until a matainence man showed up. He suggested a sniff test. Once in the room he was not happy either. Got us to a different room, thank goodness. Coming off the elevator there is no way of knowing which direction our room was...no signs at all. And, the room #'s were etched in chrome door knocker so you had to almost put your face on the door to locate the room #. I know it's a long report, but I wanted to be accurate. I cannot recommend this place. It is located conveniently to downtown. Hard to recognize and difficult to park and check in.

Dont do it -not a hotel experienceDecided to stay here for one night. We requested a king bed at time of reservation and were promised same. However, upon check-in, we were told there were no kings available. Based on the size of the one bedroom, a king wouldnt even fit. These are condos that are rented out as hotel rooms. We were assigned a top floor room with rooftop parking, facing Broad street. The person on duty could have cared less and made no attempt to help us. For the $200 /night, we should have stayed at a real hotel with a king bed. Just totally not worth the money, and not what we thought we were getting. Clean enough in 407, but basic, few UGA decorations, and the flattest, dirtiest pillows. Thankful this is just one night or we wouldnt have stayed.

Very convenient to college and restaurantsI was in town for 2 nights for a high school band event. I'm not familiar with Athens at all. It was easy to find but hard to find somewhere to park for registration since their giant van was pretty much taking up both registration spots. Check in was easy. No restrooms in the lobby if you've been traveling a long time and need to visit them. You have to wait until you get to your room. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa. Worked well for the 3 of us. You could walk everywhere so we never had to take our car out.

Where the Big Dawgs SleepI had been trying to stay here for the past 3-4 football seasons and finally got a room for the 2018 home opening football weekend. It was awesome! The condo we had was rich in UGA history from a family that has had ties with the university for generations. Everything was red & black, so I was in heaven! Being from Nashville, TN we try to get down to Athens at least once a year for a game and staying here made it one of the best trips yet. The gameday center as great amenities as well. It's close enough to anything in downtown Athens that you can easily walk to eat, shop and to Sanford Stadium. It was certainly nice to be able to park our vehicle in a safe private parking garage and not have to touch it until it was time to check out. What an awesome Labor Day weekend it was in Athens. Go Dawgs!
