  Why do people like this place?

  expensive, unpleasant location amongst tenement buildings from soviet period, poor finish of shower room with leaking shower, no foreign language television channels, breakfast room and quality of breakfast are not up to standard of what is expected from a 1 to 2 star hotel **this establishment is not a 3 star or even near this level**

  Nice week at Odessa

  Large room, very nice and attentionate personnal, clean and friendly. the best choice for not spend to much and have a very good stay. For a 3 stars hotel perfect , deserve better. About geographic situation, perfect for Acadia .. near and close Just be careful not sleep too long ... after 11am impossible to eat at hotel ...then ...wake up lol

  great vacation!

  We stayed here in August 2014. This is a very nice, cozy and charming place to stay - we had a spacious double room on the last floor. It was very comfortable to be there! The room is very light and clean, with everything needed (except for tea/coffee making facilities and a good window view). Food was OK, but the dining room is very small. Sometimes we had to wait to get in and to eat. The hotel is located in 15-min walk from Arkadia, which was OK for us. It's also quite far from Odessa's most famous street - Deribasovskaya, but taxis are not so expensive. And of course you can use the local transport to get to the places you want to visit in this city.

  Great value for money

  Stayed here for 5 nights,for a 3 star hotel and the price we paid it cannot be faulted , the room was perfectly acceptable very clean , air conditioning , nice size en-suite showeroom and modern furniture. Ok we were on the Ground Floor next to reception the room fronting onto the adjoining side street and it was a little noisy on the odd occasion but not overly intrusive. No doubt if you were in one of the upper floor rooms this would not be a problem. Yes the Dining room is a little small but the self service continental breakfasts were more than adequate .The staff were pleasant and helpful .The hotel is within 10 mins walk of Arcadia beach, local shops and good quality restaurants are all within walking distance.The city centre can easily be reached by bus , tram or taxi none of which are expensive. All in all a lovely little hotel in a pleasant location within walking distance of the beach. Yes its no 5 star but for value for money we would certainly not hesitate staying there again - keep up the standard you have set .

  City & Beachg Tour

  Really enjoyed my visit.Great City.Hotel was quite close to the Arcadia Beach complex which is an enjoyable spot.For the culture it was also close to public transport links to the City.Use th mini buses they are extremely cheap very regular and you'll experience life like a local and feel much less of a tourist. Food is good and very reasonably priced as is the local beer though some spots only sold western beer which I thought was odd and disappointing,given how good local beers are.? One word of warning try and book a taxi to pick you up at the airport wheh you land as the "airport taxi servicers" are a complete rip off. The Hotel I stayed in was great value.A good breakfast- staff very helpful and friendly.My only criticism is that I tried to pre arrange a taxi pick up for when I landed with them but they never got back to me.I raised the issue with them on sight. Odessa is a very different experience to my visits to Western Ukraine
