  Muy buen sitio. Estupendas vistas de la piscina y pista de tenis desde la habitación. La habitación también dispone de una televisión y una buena ducha o bañera. Muy cerca de pubs y discotecas. Le daría 4 estrellas. Diría que es para todas las edades y me alojaría de nuevo cuando vuelva a Benidorm.

  Hotel horroroso. Esperando a mis compañeros conocí a un empleado encantador. ¡Mitificado!

  Me encantó el tiempo que pasé en el hotel gremelos. Debería ser por lo menos un 4 estrellas. Limpio, pequeño y muy higiénico. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad ¡y todo muy legal! Mis amigos van a volver muy pronto y me muero por ver de nuevo el sitio. El tiempo era también excelente.

  ¡Una joya de hotel!

  ¿Qué puedo decir? ¡Qué viaje! Pasamos 3 noches fantásticas en el gemelos 12 a un precio increíble. La habitación era enorme, éramos 4 chicos en 1 habitación y uno de ellos sufría sobrepeso (risas). Estupendo hotel y estupendos precios. Sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Está cerca de la principal vida nocturna.

  Stayed 15th-19th May 2 rooms, 7 females. Arrived at key collection, when given deposit 150euro per room, no one in party had taken bank cards. This began a very stressful and tense situation not what I needed at the start of my holiday especially in the heat. The y did say that when paying by cash due to how we had to get money bank after returning to the UK it would take approx. 3 weeks. So tip take a card with you. We were then told to walk to the apartment with no escort so we headed up in the direction they said. Luckily one member of the group had stayed with Fincas Arena group before so knew roughly where we were going. Arriving at the apartment with no air condition and a heater yes a heater it was extremely hot and clammy, but being in the holiday spirt we brushed this off and went to the pool. There are two pools, yet we were told we werent allowed to use on. There are no loungers around the area so ensure you take towels to sit on. The rules are very strict around the pool (fair to say we didnt spend much time around this). No lilos, no ball games, no alcohol, no music, no jumping in and of course a shower is compulsory before you swim. It was nice for the locals to let us breathe if Im honest. The official description says ideal for families well I would feel sorry for a large family if they stayed in fact anyone with children. One on occasion one of our groups had a shower before swimming as had been told off for not doing so the previous day. We then forgot to turn the shower off this then caused major problems and we were threatened with the police. When leaving the apartment one day the groundskeeper handed us items including ladies underwear, to which we informed these did not belong to our group. Due to the atmosphere around the pool little time was spent here and we used other pools in different hotel. Fair to say we were not made to feel comfortable or welcome by the locals. The room its self-had no air con, the cooker nor toaster worked, the water for the shower was solar powered if youre not lucky to be first its cold. Then came the cockroaches, no light in bedroom and in one of the rooms we booked the bathroom door shut and locked itself and as it was the weekend we had no one to contact. I asked in the local shop and was informed no one was around. (Thankfully this gentleman was always nice and polite smiled and said hello every time we saw him). After walking back to main office to phone the emergency number this appeared to be constantly engaged. This resulted in three members of our group to change hotel in order to have bathroom facilities, even though our toiletries and clothing locked in. The company have not been in touch to discuss having these returned. When eventually getting in touch with the operator told to go back to the room and they would inform us how to open this from the outside which gave the impression that this happened regularly. I generally dont like writing bad reviews but I feel this is a true reflection of the apartments and customer services given When returning to the UK, phoned requesting deposit back I was told no as there had been problems with the community, many complaints and damage to hotel room and community area. A few days later I received deposit back although £20 short After many emails back and forth I received what I would say was a very unprofessional email, when I challenged them on this and on the missing deposit, they have failed to repose. For a cheap break away with room, deposit, calls to company both in Spain and UK, items which were locked in bathroom and taxi to and from centre approx. 6 euro each trip it actually worked out a very expensive mini break. I feel that the customer service from this company has ruined my holiday experience and no doubt I will have a reply from the company which is not very complimentary. But I feel all I have wrote is fair and just and after all am what I experienced.

  make sure you have a phone as when get dropped off at 2am in the morning at the backdoor bar the guy who owns that must get fed up of telling people the fincas arena where you pick your keys up is across the road. but bat 2am it is closed there is a number for you to ring luckily a couple where also waiting for their keys and explained that we had also arrived as my phone was flat. , the apartment was clean, a washing machine which is brilliant as you don't need to take as much luggage , down sides toaster and hob didn't work we only make boiled eggs and toast for snack at lunch but if you eat in all the time it would have been hard work. the shower needs a little attention and was very small . but we would stay there again now we know what to do about the keys, no sunbeds as it was mainly residential but the 2 pools where beautiful and the gardens where also.beautiful. not the best for kids as you cant use lilos or footballs in the pool.
