  Fun! Fun!

  First time visitors and we will come back. The mountains ,the friendly people and the moonshine tasting! Beautiful location and great Oktoberfest on the top of the mountain. Great opportunity to take lots of pictures.

  Don't book this place!!!

  Again..like others have reviewed. There are 3 places called Town Village @ Gatlinburg. The description makes it sound like a resort. Nope far from it! The room we were in was filthy! Don't walk on floors or carpet with socks on. They will be black! Food stuck on side of frig. Yuk....the air condiTunes was so loud....we couldnt sleep. I'll include video of noise level. They should have paid us to stay there. Pool was down street on other side...super in convenient!

  Very Misleading

  So first of all this hotel is almost at the top of the hill from the strip not just a few blocks! The rooms are dated and the pool is located across the road and down a couple of blocks in another one of their hotels. The front desk people I had contact with were nice. The free internet is terrible! Not worth staying here!

  Smokey Mountains Gatlinburg,Tenn.

  Great Location near everything you would want to do! Near good restaurants and lot of things to do! Short drive into the Smokey Mountains National Park for "Covid Free" hiking to scenic Beautiful Waterfalls and lush forests and Quiet walking trails.

  Resort was sadly lacking

  Since we were using rci points we were not at the main Exploria resort but at a much older building two blocks up the street where the pool was closed and we had to call maintenance four times to work on our door to get it to close and stay closed. Their only redeeming factor, was one man at the front desk who's customer service is above and beyond the normal.
