  Great park located back from the main road for easy access. Quiet, well laid out with good cabins and grassy sites for vans. Very good camp kitchen and clean amenities. Reception was friendly and efficient. Good tariff and member of G'day Rewards. Would stay again when in the area.

  Benalla Tourist Park

  Great park. Camp kitchen and ammenities block among the best we have ever encountered. Spotlessly clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Could walk into town. Only negative... at the moment, no shady sites.

  Happy Travellers

  Enjoyed our stay. New amenities, Laundry easy to find and use. Friendly staff. Chck out the street art in Benalla. Great place to stop ovet for the silo trail round trip and visit Glenrowen which is a must.

  Booking failure

  I rang (at 10.36am 5/1/21) and discussed 2 adjacent cabins for 4 nights. I spoke for 9 minutes and said I would ring back. I rang my sister to clarify our arrangements. We decided to go ahead. I then rang back to Benalla Tourist Park at 10.50am and spoke for 3 minutes giving my card details paying in full the amount due. The woman asked what time we would arrive and I said 4ish. On the book-in day, I rang and said we would be earlier and they said that is ok. I arrived to be told they had no record of my booking other than that I would ring back. They had no vacancies. The Benalla Tourist Park had failed in their booking processes. Two grandmothers and their grandchildren were let down - not good enough.

  Great stay, lovely pool

  We spent 2 days there on our cycling tour throughout Victoria & really enjoyed it. Whilst it was hit and lacked a bit of shade for those of us camping, the camp kitchen & pool helped by enabling us to keep cool. Location to town was a 2 km walk, however, it was well worth it. Julie was the day manager & was both professional & followed COVID processes appropriately.
