    Didnt let us in.

    I booked an apartment on NYE with my boyfriend, we travelled 2 hours to get there and they turn around to us and say we are not allowed in unless we were NHS staff. There was nothing about this when i booked and they happily was able to take my money. They never thought of ringing us or getting in any sort of contact to tell us this information. I had to find out myself by travelling all that way to then be let down. I have still not received a refund. Its appalling.

    Awful stay, do not stay here

    Absolutely awful. Staff are incredibly invasive and rude. You are forced to give all of your personal details or they will ask you to leave. I had been in the apartment for one hour, I was watching a movie before bed, I heard a loud bang on my door and I walked to answer it, but as I approached the door it was already open and the male member of staff was in my doorway. All because my tv was a little too loud... I tested this and stood in the hallway and I could not hear anything... as a young woman this frightened me and I was so uncomfortable. Please avoid at all costs, to protect your safety and your bank account. As they are a fraudulent company, I have found this out the hard way.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

    booked online. 61 pounds for the night. was traveling from london so told the very rude young asain man on the phone i would be checking in at 10pm. to my horror he said there is a extra 20 pounds charge for this. i knew from that point cut him off and book a premier inn. absolute joke. especially during a pandemic. i am a surgeon. this is how they treat the people most needing hotels at this moment in time. i absolutely advise every1 to stay clear from this scamming place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    LEEDS APART STAY AWAY!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

    Look at all reviews from LEEDS they most negative so people get confused with good reviews from Manchester. If you stay in Leeds do not pay DEPOSIT! They charge you for already broken items or I read they actually make it up after you leave so you need to record it before you arrive and after you leave.its been almost 3 weeks after checkout and no deposit back or proof of sending and they keep saying its been send but my bank said they havent send it now they ignoring me and its £200 and they also charge me £20 for broken bin which already was broken I dont mind paying if I damage something its understandable but I hate when people lie and they know we have no proof same as they have no proof. Service its terrible person its never available we booked for 2weeks as of work we requested two keys and had to wait week for 2nd key as I couldnt get hold of him. Water its hot only in one shower so you will have to share 1 bathroom in morning and than in evening took us few days to figure out how to boost water again no reply so we can have hot water at least in one bathroom as 2nd one even after boost still didnt work. Kitchen is very basic so you cant really cook proper meals no cutting board no cooking pan for eggs. They have 2 small pots and I large pan which everything stick to so nightmare to clean and we only wanted eggs for breakfast. Obviously thats small detail but also make it difference for longer stay. Also there was few issues I didnt have time to complain as was working everyday and couldnt be bother. For example bedside lamp didnt work , curtains broken so had big light coming to our room so had to sleep other way around as was harder for sleep, bed frame was not installed so every little move made big noise which wake up other person in room so I had to put pillows there to stop but than had no pillows. I travel to Leeds regularly for work and location was great as next to my work and when I left I planned my another stay which is end of Feb and gave them feedback at to import everything this before I even had idea they will take my deposit and not give it back. But now I rather stay different place so I dont have to deal with problems and stress which cause me. All they need its better service but I think thats hard for them they should learn from Manchester office as they always respond me so they damaging their name and should be not on this page as its also confusing with reviews as people dont realise its for all of them so always check LEEDS. Plus I m not person who ever leave bad review even there was problem but stealing money and than ignoring you that make me very upset. Specially now in COVID when people have no job or lucky to work and they take £200 I thought they might be desperate but then I seen other reviews in past with exact same problem so they been doing for long time. Absolutely disgusting and dont know how this people sleeps in night!

    Fraudulent, disrespectful and no privacy especially for women.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked this apartment on booking.com and there wasnt any information about paying for a deposit. After I had made my booking and it was confirmed, Quay apartments then sent me a private email confirming the booking and also mentioned that there will be a £200 deposit on arrival and I have to bring my ID and my credit/debit card. First of all, this is unusual because if a booking requires a deposit then that should be taken from a company like booking.com. Once I checked in, the member of staff walked into the apartment with me and Im a female and I was all alone which made me feel very uncomfortable. He also kept going through the rules and regulations which made me feel very unwelcome. He also took the £200 deposit on a card machine which was very weird and unprofessional because that shouldve been done by the company I initially booked this apartment on. The member of staff is constantly watching the CCTV and that is very uncomfortable when you just want to relax and have a weekend away. He keeps tabs on when you walk into the apartment and whenever you leave. The apartment itself was not clean, there was dirty cutlery, food splattered on the walls, hairs stuck to the bedding and damaged property. I would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone. It also says on the website that youre allowed up to 4 guests so I had a friend come around and after 20 minutes the member of staff unlocked my door and walked into the apartment whilst I had just got out of the shower and I was in a towel with nothing on underneath and asked me and my guest to leave at 12am because I broke the rules and he also told me for that reason I wont be getting my £200 deposit back. This company is greedy for money and theyre so fraudulent about it. DO NOT RISK IT AND DO NOT BOOK.
