  Estancia perfecta! Camas Bajas de coste con buen servicio!

  Hemos estado aquí del 31 de octubre al 1 de noviembre 2014. Queríamos una habitación límpia para dormir justo en el centro de la ciudad sin tener que pagar mucho. Aquí lo encontramos! Nuestras bajas expectativas se cumplieron totalmente y aún fue mejor. El personal es amable y servicial, las habitaciones limpias y hay buenas duchas. ¡Muchas gracias!

  Buena opción.

  Es una pensión sencilla, con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y centrica. A metros de todo, en una buena zona. Su personal es correcto y amable. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje, luego del check out y hasta usar los baños. Es una muy buena opción de alojamiento a costo razonable.

  Great location but awfull hostel

  The staff is what I didnt like during my stay at this hostel. When I told the young man at the recepsion that my roommate seemed crazy ( he continuously spoke with some kind of a presence and asked me to leave the room) and I didnt felt safe sleeping there he said: It happenes its just bad luck.

  A great hostel close to everything

  I stayed at Gästehaus Kaiserpassage for roughly a week while waiting to get an apartment in Karlsruhe. Now I'm the kind of person who dislikes hostel-style accommodation, but this place was cheap and central - and in the end I kind of liked staying there! The Gästehaus is a very typical hostel. You stay in shared rooms (I was in a 4-bed room; the first two nights in a mixed room, the rest of my stay there was a females only room available and I moved into it) with beds and other furniture (desk, TV, big lockers for your personal stuff). Bathrooms, showers (with good water pressure!) and kitchen are shared, as well as a big patio - it's a bit shame that the weather was cold and bad, as the patio would be a fantastic place to sit and maybe enjoy a few drinks with a friend! There's also a washer and dryer that the guests may use for a small fee (6 euros includes both washer and dryer). Even though the Gästehaus is located in downtown Karlsruhe and there are lots of restaurants, shops etc. closeby, it's still conveniently located so that there is no noise from the streets. It's easy to get to the hostel as it's only a couple of blocks from Europaplatz. Anything you might need, like ATM, grocery stores (such as Aldi, Lidl and Rewe), banks, etc. are either right around the corner or at Europaplatz. I strongly recommend the recently opened Cats Café which is literally a minute's walk away ;) The staff is very friendly, cleaning service comes by every day so the common areas are very well kept. Sadly while I was staying there, there were also some people who didn't really respect the kitchen rules (didn't clean up after themselves, didn't do their dishes etc.), but since most people only stay for a day or two, these people aren't too big of a problem. All in all, Gästehaus Kaiserpassage was a nice place to stay. If you don't have a problem with sharing a bedroom and other amenities (a.k.a. know how hostels work), I would very much recommend this place! I noticed that they were completely renovating one of the rooms when I left, so it might be even nicer soon! :)

  Tranquilo

  Cercano a una de las paradas de buses y restaurantes, cuenta con cocina, puedes guardar y preparar tus alimentos, hay un baño sólo para mujeres y baños mixtos. Es muy organizado, al llegar cada uno tenía las instrucciones para acceso, clave del WiFi, etc, sobre su cama, la recepción cierra a las 10 p.m. pero con la clave puedes entrar al edificio y al hostal a cualquier hora. En las habitaciones puedes guardar tu maleta grande, cada cama tiene tomacorriente y lámpara. La recepcionista muy amable! Si van no dejen de ir a comer hamburguesa a deliburger (9 euros) no se arrepentirán! Y queda cerca al hostal.
