  Simply the BEST in Alpbach

  We had a fantastic and very comfortable stay at the Gratlspitz. Christine and her husband are great hosts and from the minute you arrive you feel right at home. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated in Tyrolean style with amazing views and a huge balcony! The location of the Gratlspitz is great, too, only a few minutes walk to the ski bus and close to all major restaurants in Alpbach. What really stands out, is the buffet style breakfast in the morning which incl. a vast variety of bread/ rolls, cakes and all sorts of cold cuts, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and homemade jams. Christine is constantly present to look after every single guest and request. Amazing! The Gratlspitz definitely deserves a 10 out of 10!

  Beautiful hotel with great service

  Stayed 2 nites in a chalet-style room with comfy bed and soft linens. The view is great, and so is the shower--lots of warm water with a great shower head. The owners fix a wonderful breakfast and are there to answer all your questions about Albach and Austria-- they are very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is also efficient and friendly. We will stay here again next winter!

  Family Ski Trip

  What a superb place to stay! Christina and Robert really are the perfect hosts, always on hand to assist in any way they can! Located very centrally in the village the Gratlspitz is the perfect location when staying in Alpbach. Our family and friends have stayed here during ski holidays in recent years and will definitely be back!!

  The loveliest place in Tirol

  Stayed for 4 days in Feb/March with my 12 y/o son, for a father and son skiing and bonding experience. Though it was our first time in Alpbach, we are quite familiar with Tyrol, and found that Pension Gratlspitz really takes Tyrol hospitably, cleanliness, beauty and attention to details to a new level. Christina and her husband made us feel very much at home. It's a wonderful experience to have such a friendly and cosy place to come back to after a long day of ski, and have wonderful people to talk to. To me it makes all the difference in the world, when compared to larger impersonal hotels. Breakfast is exceptionally good served in a pretty dining room overlooking gorgeous views. Rooms, balconies, showers, views, value for are all fantastic, not much to add over other reviews. No wonder most guests seem to be regularly returning every year. We will too.

  Perfectly Perfect

  The Gratlspitz is just perfect in every way. It's location in the village is ideal as you are close to the ski hire shop, the information office and the Berghof restaurant. You will receive a warm welcome from Christina as you enter the Gratlspitz and will be thrilled with the decor and the cleanliness. The views are spectacular and whether you are a skier, cyclist or walker you are able to enjoy the beauty of Alpbach as soon as you step out of the Gratlspitz. Having travelled to Alpbach since 1986, the Gratlspitz is always our preferred place to stay.
