Really nice!I hesitated a lot before reserving a room at this hotel, mainly due to the fact of the poor rating in Tripadvisor. What actually convinced me was the very good score in Booking, so I tried...and it was a great surprise! The position is excellent, right in the center of Madonna, at the margin of the pedestrian road, in front of the famous Tre 3 and at 100 mt from the Pradalago access. You park the car (for free!) and you litterally forget about it. The owners are fantastic and the really show great customer orientation, same as the rest of the staff. Room ok, nothing spectacular but very clean; excellent breakfast with daily fresh products (cakes, croissants, charcuterie) and a very practical ski room right at the entrance. And Madonna is always amazing, for both skiing and after ski, with wonderful restaurants and night trips with snow-cats to the various chalets (don't miss the Fiat chalet!). So, in conclusion, highly recommended! Enjoy!

Very nice hotelWe can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Maybe rooms are not spectacular, but clean and tidy. The owners are just amazing. Even that they do not speak English we managed to communicate anyway and had lots of laugh too. They are very helpful, always smiling and not making problems of anything. Such a small thing, but it can change the whole picture of your stay. The big plus is also the location. Its very close to lifts, so you are not in rush to catch a bus or wait for a transportation from the hotel (like we had last year). It makes your visit more enjoyable.

Very Clean, Tidy and Friendly Family Run HotelI stayed at this hotel in Feb 2017 during half-term. The hotel was super clean and the owners, despite speaking hardly any English, were extremely helpful and welcoming - allowing me to make some extra ham rolls for the long drive back to London (believe me, that was a looong drive). The breakfasts are nice with a good variety of muesli, cold meats, juice, tea, coffee, bread rolls, fruit and complimentary pastry etc. It's a shame there is no evening meal on offer, so I popped next door to the Alpen Hotel (also very good indeed - see the review left by LizzieD631 as I was part of their group but it was full when I booked). Consequently, the only negative is that there doesn't seem to be a social vibe in the evening as there is not much going on in the hotel, but there are plenty of places nearby. Location is excellent as only about 3 minute walk in ski boots to bubble lifts. I concur with the English reviews left by narff and Gcroxi on the whole. The place was always being cleaned and personally I found the double bed very comfortable, despite my initial reservations regarding blankets rather than duvets being in place. WiFi worked well and allowed me to surf in the evenings with good speed.
