  Great hotel, best price in Novi Sad

  This hotel has a strong relationship between objective quality and price. When im in Novi Sad my colleagues and are always here. Great location, so close to many points of interest in this town. Also this hotel has a great servise and very friendly hosts.

  Good value for the money

  We were very satisfied with the staff service, they were very helpful (even in the middle of the night). Room was quite small but big enough for sleep over. Maybe the minibar would be welcomed to have in the room. There is 15-20 walk to the city center. Only thing that bothered me was the parking for the car. Hotel parking is on the sidewalk in front of the entrance (car was almost on the road). But at least it is under the camera surveillance. But despite this I would recommend this hotel.

  Great value for money

  On arrival we found the reception staff to be extremely helpful, they were very accommodating and friendly. We took the lift to our room and I have to say I think it was better than it looks in the pictures, it was clean and the beds were comfortable with a television and free wifi. The room had two single beds and enough space to move around and put all our things. The bathroom was nice and clean, with a nice hot shower and towels/hair dyer. We also had breakfast the next morning, which was a very cheap extra and it was perfectly nice for the amount we paid, with a selection of cereals/breads/toast etc. The hotel staff also helped us with a map and directions, they were so polite and helpful. I would recommend this as a great place to stay if your on a budget trip, you certainly get a lot for your money and I was more than happy with my stay!

  Bad atmosphere

  The hotel receptionist tried to make us pay 30 instead of 20 euro. The room was not very clean. We didn't feel very comfortable in this place. Even if the price is really cheap, we saw other rooms closer to the center for the same price ( but you have to find them).

  Hotel muy medio pelo

  Estuve hace unos días en el hotel y el servicio no es bueno. En nuestro caso no nos hicieron la habitación los días que estuvimos y el trato del personal no fue el mejor. Además el área en común que hay con sillones y mesas para descansar es poco agradable ya que en la época que fui hacia mucho frío. El precio es barato y la conexión a wifi está bien. Creo que no volvería.
