Dirty !! Not only in "corners" See picturesAt first it looks nice - but, then I spottet dust on the nighttable, an then my husband said; Its really dirty under the bed, and then the Discovery of the dirt everywhere, which was not a difficult thing to see - let the pictures talk! Dirty toilets - urin from the seat to the floor, dirt behind the toilet, dirt on the toiletseat, REALLY Dusty under the 2 duble beds, dust and dirty on night table, dirty on stairs, dirty on soap dispenser that was empty!, dirty windowsill, dust on all the lamps and the lampfeets, dirty in the corners and around the bottom of the stairs, showerheads with lots of calcium, hair from other people in the drains of the showers, dust on the cupholders in the bathroom, dirty in the power outlet. Really disapointing - and our stay isnt over yet. We arrived today, and leave tomorrow - wonder What they has to say when we check out tomorrow

Doesnt have what they advertiseWe booked a apartment with two bedrooms one ensuite and an additional toilet and a kitchenette. The advert also stated mini bar kettle fridge etc and a balcony with landmark view What we got was an apartment with two adjoining bedrooms with one ensuite which means the other couple have to come into our bedroom to use the toilet!!! The kitchenette does not exist nor does the mini bar or kettle. The fridge is in a wardrobe and looks like it was used to store dead animals. The balcony does not exist and the landmark view is of some plastic corrugated roofing and a fire ladder!! Parking was also advertised but it fails to mention it is public parking away from the hotel. Our keys were left in an envelope on what we believe was a reception desk but with no staff in sight. The icing on the cake was finding the smoke alarm for the apartment in pieces on top of the wardrobe. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Standard, But Very GoodLocated in good part of town, adjacent to the bridge that connects to old town. Hotel can be a bit challenging to find from the street, and parking is somewhat far away, but this hotel is a good deal when combined with the service from the staff. Breakfast is included and is standard European fare of cold cuts, coffee, etc. Very, very, pleasant atmosphere with staff conversant in English. If you're travelling with a group of four, recommend the apartment upstairs on the top floor (sorry, forget the name). Only downside is wifi does not reach upstairs. Other than that, I'm glad I stayed here and would do so again.

Short tripWe stayed here for one night, its location was good as it is very central. However, on the whole we were not impressed. The hotel is stuck in a past era - it is an old building but there has been no forward movement to bring it into line with the present-day. The stairs are crooked, the corridors dark with VERY dusty artefacts and dim lamps with dusty shades offering little light. The room was poor - offering little/no facilities. Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs which appears to belong to the establishment. Breakfast was nothing special - offered as a buffet option, however the tea was only luke warm which I considered poor. Wi-fi connection was only available in the restaurant. We wouldnt recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

disappointedold rooms which need renovation; tiny and smelly bathroom, shower head didn't function properly ; apparently, we had a buisness room but it was only app. 12 m2 ; no air conditionning (August and 36 degree Celsius outside !) and no fridge ; no elevator to 2nd floor but narrow staircase ; room facing main street : very noisy so that you have to keep the windows closed if you want to sleep ; breakfast announced by the management for 9.30 h but when we came at that time, there were already people having breakfast ... anyway, much too late if you are an early riser and want to do some sight-seeing ; friendly staff though
