  Lovely hotel run by very enthusiast and nice couple

  My wife and I stayed here over the weekend when we attended a wedding in Maastricht. The owners of the hotel recently took over the place and were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was a bit on the small side for the two of us but we were made aware of that when the booking was made. There are bigger rooms available but these were already taken. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the shower great! Breakfast was plentiful with choices of cheese, egg, cold cuts and yoghurts, fruit, juice, tea, coffee.....all in abundance. All in all, a very nice stay with very nice and welcoming hosts. We can recommend this Hotel wholeheartedly and wish the owners lots of success!

  Great service

  Stumbled upon this place by chance. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. We loved it. Greeted like old friends, a good personal 5*service at 3* prices. Good location, just out of town, only a 10 minute walk though.

  Great hospitality and helpfulness

  We have stayed here previously but now it has new owners A small personally run establishment situated at the top of the hill on the outskirts of Valkenburg.At the rear you overlook fields and the tiny garden is a delight. We travelled into Maastrict for an amazing Andre Rieu concert and the hotel arranged for us to travel on a local coach which dropped/ picked up near the venue.( the convenience cannot be exaggerated) The owners were extremely helpful Breakfast was good and typically Dutch

  Quality/price ratio OK

  The hotel is just a bit far to walk to the city center. Free parking on public road possible. Internet OK. Rooms not big, a bit old fashioned but clean. Breakfast OK. Owners/staff helpfull also to give you trip advice. Will book again.

  Nice stay

  We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owners are very friendly and always want to make small talk and advice things to do. They do their best to make your stay comfortable. Nice garden and the breakfast was excellent. Walking into the centre of Valkenburg takes about 10-15 minutes: no problem.
