  Hot? Not!

  This hotel is well situated for Mandrem Beach, our room was cleaned daily, and we were even offered a free, daily in-room breakfast (omelette, fried, or boiled eggs with toast, jam, butter, and coffee or tea.) Our issues were simply that there isn't a common area to sit around outside of your room and our showers were ice cold in the mornings and evenings. The water heater seemed to kick on around midday when we didn't want to shower. It wasn't pleasant having to endure freezing showers before our morning yoga practice. However, we truly enjoyed our week in Mandrem and realized what a gem the area is only after moving to Vagator for our second week. This beach is long, quiet, and seductively relaxing.

  Perfect

  We stayed in this hotel for twelve days. I think it is a perfect hotel for India, especially for this price. Good room, friendly staff, close to the sea. And special thanks for the manager Supresh! The location is the best, because not far from Arambol, but more clean beach and very quiet.

  Good hotel near the sea

  Hotel located near the sea, just 5-10 min b walk. Also near good infrastructure with shop, restaurants and body massage. Rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Good, very nice and pleasant customer service. Thanks to Supresh for our vacation. :)

  Nice Hotel near Mandrem Beach

  We stayed in peak period of Goa (27 Dec 2015 till 02 Jan 2016). Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful. Food was also up to the mark. Mandrem beach is merely 5 mins walking distance from the hotel which makes it perfect for low cost travelling towards North Goa. Mandrem beach is one of the cleanest beaches in Goa and it is having very stable sea bed.

  Garima Of Mandrem...place to be!!!

  Visited Mandrem for a second time and I`m glad we have chosen this hotel! It was a group of 6 ppl friends and family. Manager Supresh made us feel very welcome and he was very helpful all the time. We did not had to go far to exchange money, rent a scooter or a bike, get a taxi an etc because we could do all that in our hotel reception witch was great and hassle free. Staff was very friendly and they always been there for us. I would highly recommend this place and would be back for sure! Elantis
