  Great family stay

  It was fine to stay in Gardenia beach hotel. It was pleasent to stay in tree garden And palm aley during the hotest moments. Accomodation was great And silent, food especially at the evening was good And different.

  The worst holiday of my life I recommend no English people to come here

  I had the worst ever stay at gardenia beach in turkey I have never felt so unwanted by people in my whole life it is full of German people who are nasty people the staff have even been told not to speak to English people I would never come back here!!!!! And also the staff are meant to speak English but they dont understand anything you say.

  Great family holiday in beautiful hotel

  We stayed in Gardenia Beach with my family, including small kids! We all loved it there! Beautiful place with big garden and palm tree alley leading to beautiful beach restaurant and a private beach with sun beds! Hotel was very clean and nice, the hotel stuff was very friendly and welcoming and food was veeeery delicious! Definitely recommend!

  Very nice holiday

  The hotel is nice, although older, but very clean, beautiful garden. Staff very helpful, but very little spoke another language. A little German a little Russian. Good food, something grilled every night. The hotel does not make trips to SIDE, which we were sorry. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel offers no opportunities for walking or sightseeing. The sea was beautiful, warm, clear. The staff at the beach was very helpful and attentive.The hotel is located near Alanya and is therefore far from Antalya airport. The journey took 1.5 hours. Overall, we liked the holiday

  Fantastic holiday!

  I stayed with my husband and two kids aged 4 and 8 from 20th till 29 Oct, 2019. The hotel building itself looked a bit out' dated but the maintenance was great. We stayed in a family room. 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom(with a bath)and a balcony. It was not big but good enough. Only thing we missed was a plug to charge our phones since there was only one side of the bed a plug available to charge our phones. We were happy we brought an extension wire ourselves. But still it was not a big deal. Room was cleaned everyday. Swimming pools were also well taken care of. Food was good. I must say there were some food that were repeated next day and recycled leftovers but i think it shouldnt be a big deal when you also try to help reducing the waste and care about enviroment. If the food is not good enough just dont take. Staff were friendly and attentive. They kept checking if there was empty plates or waste on the table and took away immediately. Well.. actually at the reception the first impression and the information can be a bit more improved. I can not pinpoint exactly but the feeling i got was not so welcomed and the informationthey gave was not really enough. (about the facilities and services we could get, for example, kids club activities or the sauna that is available between 4 and 6) And yes mostly all infor is either in German or Russian. There is a bazzar named Alraya(?) In a walking distance. We were happy with the bazzar nearby. We also went to Alanya city center by bus. There is a bus stop across from Alraya bazzar. The vus fare is 8 lira which is about 1.25 Euro but when you pay in Euro i think they ask 2 euros. It takes about 50 minutes to get there. It is the last terminal so you dont have to worry where to get out. Even though the bus was really jampackd, we were lucky to habe seats. Otherwise it csn be quite annoying. So just make sure to get on an empty bus. There is a bus every 15 minutes. In general we are really satisfied with the hotel. Good service and location! Finally I like to give compliment to the staff from animation, restaurant and the staff from the swimming pool area including the cleaning lady at the swimming pool! Thanks all!
