Worst holiday of my life
I dont even have any words to describe how awful this hotel is. Was meant to stay for a week, booked a flight home after 3 days. Never ever again! If you like cold food with no options, dirty rooms, and miserable staff youll have a great time!

poor 3 star not 5 star
food mediocre always cold, paid extra for superior room very disappointed, all very tied, bathroom very worn, stained bath, floor water damaged, air conditioning unit on balcony very rusty and unsightly, smallest TV in the world, reception area very dated definitely not 5 star, no tea coffee in room, fridge in room more like oven not cold at all, had to pay extra for safe in room ( not in 5 star hotel)

Not a 5 star at all
Myself, boyfriend and friend decided to have a short holiday here as it was the cheapest 5 star in the area. We already didnt expect much due to the price but thought it was a good deal so went for it. We have all stayed in 5 star hotels in turkey before and this was so far from those we had stayed in, that we moved to the Aquasis 3 nights in. As I said, we didnt expect much but when it states 5 star, you expect minimum 4 not 2 or 3 star. There are no cocktails at all. Just special cocktails the bartenders make whenever you ask for one. (One of which was a smashed mint imperial, lemonade and whiskey) not fresh mint. There were only chips at the snack bar, you can get pizza but they tell you to come back in 20 mins then when you go back theyve given it to someone else. The cleanliness was questionable, see the pics of what I think is a bogey on the ceiling and a filthy toilet brush!! The slides are for under 10s and really small. Food was limited. They dont have enough towels for the amount of people and I believe they were only at 30% capacity due to coronavirus and it being out of season. The beds are rock hard and I woke up with a back back/shoulder pain every morning we were there (I dont usually encounter this in other hotels) Its all inclusive UNTIL 11PM and then you have to PAY!! This is not something I believe a 5 star hotel has as Ive stayed in others in many places. THERE IS NO BEACH BAR EITHER (which was stated.) I could go on but honestly, if I wanted to stay somewhere of that standard then Id have booked somewhere on the strip at Benidorm for half the price and got the exact same. If you have kids then I suggest looking for somewhere else. The area is cheap as a whole which is decent because he ate breakfast and had drinks on the mojitio bar opposite because it was just better. We stayed 3 days and thought by the time we had spent money on that bar then we couldve stayed somewhere cleaner, with more slides, and not as old and with better hygiene.

Not the best
The one definate positive is the friendly staff. Always there to help with anything. Food was alright but very repetitive, it could be due to the end of season. The rooms are spacious but the beds are very firm, tiny TV but I suppose you don't come on holiday to watch TV. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Due to end of season there was not much in the way of entertainment. Access to the lively town is only a short walk away.

Terminie hotel
hotel Max 2 stars, very nice building from the outside, but inside everything old and damaged. Rooms very dirty bathrooms, old, crumpled mattresses and pillows. In the canteen, staff do not know basic English words, a lot of food mixed up from the previous day, little choice, food not tasty and no spices, despite the fruit season, no choice of fruit (apples and plums are available in our countries). In the canteen, cooling cats under the tables and on the tables. The only plus, a nice location and friendly service. Pool nice but water very cold I It was impossible to use, it was the worst vacation ever. I absolutely do not recommend this place because it is not worth any money. I paste photos to make it credible that what the people who wrote there are 100% true.
