  Perfect weekend

  My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at Garberhof and I cant think of one thing that hasnt been absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious and very well equipped, the atmosphere generally very relaxed (the hotel was quite full and yet from our room we could always enjoy total quiet), the staff friendly and the meals delicious. My boyfriend particularly enjoyed the wide selection of gins and we both spoiled ourselves with long hours in the wellness area. The pool especially, which is both indoor and outdoor, is absolutely fantastic. We will definitely visit Garberhof again the next time we are in need of a break!

  One of the best stays we have ever had!

  My husband and I stayed at Garberhof for 4 nights and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. The hotel is very cosy but very modern and tasteful with a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and our dog absolutely loved it! We would also like to thank the cleaning team for their amazing service and friendliness. The personnel is super-friendly, attentive and helpful, and we always felt a personalised touch. Both my husband and I are vegans so the hotel made a special vegan menu with multiple choice for each course for dinner every evening and the breakfast had enough variety for vegans to enjoy as well. Special thanks to the chef and his team for their creativity and excellent service. The food was beyond amazing, very healthy and totally exceeded any expectations. The SPA/Wellness area is also absolutely wonderful and everyone can find something to do and never get bored while relaxing. There are also free events happening throughout the SPA to keep things interesting. We especially enjoyed the view of the 3 Alpine peaks that can be seen from any area of the SPA. The hotel also offers free hiking tours to experience and see the sights of the beautiful Alps. The guide who organises these hiking tours is very experienced, caring and supportive and we would like to say special thanks to him for taking us on our first-ever hiking trip! Another bonus is that the hotel offers free public transport tickets for the duration of your stay, which is very useful and allows you to explore the beautiful Vinshgau/Venosta area more conveniently. Overall, this was an incredibly joyful stay and we are very grateful to the owners - the Pobitzer family - for making our trip such a marvellous and memorable experience. We fell in love with the place and will definitely come back when we have a chance!

  Wonderful stay

  My sister and I went for a weekend getaway to Garberhof and it was a blast. The service was amazing, such friendly and welcoming staff. The food - delicious!! A great place for hikers as well. We were worried about how it is going to be with the whole Corona situation, but didn't end up feeling it at all. Everyone was wearing a mask, so no threat at all. We felt super safe and had the best time. Totally recommendable for everyone who needs a relaxing time!

  An utter gem

  Second stay at the Garberhof and it was outstanding. Family Pobitzer and the team are so incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make every day memorable. The Garberhof level of hospitality is simply world-class. In the current pandemic, they worked rentlessly and effortlessly to make you feel utterly safe. A masterclass in safeguarding guests.   Utter Perfection

  Utter Perfection: I work in hospitality and hand on my heart, I have never experienced such a high standard of hospitaliy which is perfectly balanced with a warm, relaxed family atmosphere. You leave feeling utterly spoilt by the team and family Patrons there. From the unbelievable spa and wellness facilities and treatments to the impeccably sourced and cooked food - everything, every little detail, is executed with effortless perfection. Generosity, is the only way to describe it. From the lovely temperament of the team to the knowledge of the gins to the level of care and consideration to the bountiful breakfast spreads, everything is generous. The Garberhof stands shoulder to shoulder with some of the best luxury hotels in the world. But does so without any snobbery or pretentiousness. It is one of the industry's best kept secrets. I wish the team and the family all the luck and prosperity. You have created something truly special here.
