Comfortable, cozy and laid backThank you Gede, Ketut and the whole team for your warm hospitality at Ganga Bali. The food was surprisingly good. And the room was very spacious. The bed and mattress quality was also very good. Just a few technical issues like internet and telephone could be worked upon. Otherwise i had a great time. Thanks.

Flash Flood Area!!! RISKY!!!Hello Everyone! As just to share to all of you, this hotel was the worst experience I have encountered before. I arrived around 11pm at hotel on 7-Dec, and they provided me the room at ground floor as they claimed that easy access to swimming pool, better wifi coverage and next to restaurant. Once entered the room, its was okay and all fine. Then, I went to take shower and the bathroom door was dirty a bit, hot water isn't that really hot and I just go easy as just arrived after long tired work day with 3 hours plus flight. After that, I just arranged some cash, power bank, watch and some basic items for day trip next day on top of the living hall table at the downstairs. Around 2AM, I went to sleep and suddenly heard sound like someone entered the room around 430AM. I quickly turn on the lights and about to get down to living hall, the water flooding up the living hall due to heavy raining and water is muddy with awful smell. I was panic as the room door is locked not able to open as it is stuck due to heavy pressure of water pushing the door. The door knobs does not have the locks and you have to use the key! Then, the table all started to fall down and I have lost cash, the power bank with my phone charger went into water together with my watch. There was guy walking there and I have told him that I am stuck inside and he insisted to use key to open as the window is fixed and you can't jump out of window. Then, he called a guy and tried to unlock the door but it was helpless. Then, the power cut happen and the guy asked me to stay at upstairs while he will try to do something. So, I went upstairs and I just knock off due to exhaustion. Around 10AM, got up and see the door is still locked! So, I have no choice, I just have to try myself and Thank God! I managed to open it!!! So, when outside, look for the owner and he just keep saying apologies and he claimed that he have no other room available. Just imagine, you have to hold as you do not have toilet to do whatever business in there!!! I really got upset with that and I understood this is something beyond anyone control. So, I decide to check out and look for another hotel as the owner seems chaos and he not able to help at all. I have no choice again, just went out to main road and see what I could do. Luckily, the main road is accessible and managed to book another hotel for 2 nights at Kuta (hope they will get the mess is cleared within this 2 nights). Back to hotel, wrap up my cloths (as this all was at upstairs with my phones, laptop) and got "Grab Taxi" to escape for the scene. After all that incident, I went back to this hotel back as I have paid for 5 nights after my trip on Monday evening. The owner gave me the 2nd floor this time and he only found my charger as the cash all missing, power bank and watch i managed to found myself that morning before leaving the hotel. My power bank is just kaput as no longer use it anymore (it expensive though - samsung fast charger). Looking at the hotel, still in cleaning process, dirty swimming pool and not pleasant environment, I have no option just to take the room first and get a shower. There goes again!!! The pipe water is dirty and the wifi signal is suck and I really got very upset and quickly book room back in Kuta and left the hotel (leaving forever and won't consider anymore!!). At the reception, that lady just took the key when I said I want to check out and not even asking the reason. So, as an advise to all, think many times before book this hotel, as risky to flash flood, no that convenience for amenities, food and not really a quiet place. Do not got excited with professional pictures as its look only attractive but does not carry the values!

GREAT STAY, but far from the centreThe hotel is located a little bit too far from both Kuta and Denpasar centre, but for a quick night here its a great place to stay! It has a great design from the outside with a an amazing pool! rooms could be improved as the bathroom of the standard room is super small and very stinky. The bed was super comfy and very big and I like the idea of putting it upstairs. Great choice for my money!
