Worst hotel i have ever beenFirst of all, this is not a 4 star hotel. It deserves maximum 2 stars..and that s a little bit too much. All inclusive is not actually all inclusive.. they only have one type of meat for lunch and dinner and if the meat from the dinner is not used, they reuse it for the next day lunch. Very bad food..trust me.. no taste. Just in two days they have something good to eat(chicken breast and some shaorma meat). They refuse to give you ice, i dont know why... they said that they dont have..in summer they dont have ice... the rooms are full of dirt. They give you towels only after 3 days. You cannot take drinks to their beach just because to pay for it at the beach. You should definetely pay a little bit more for another hotel because it s not what you will expect. Trust me, go for another hotel.

RUN! Don't go to the Galaxy Beach Hotel from Mahmutlar!Don't go to the Galaxy Beach Hotel! The rating says it is a 4 * hotel. It doesn't even deserve 1 *. They say it's all inclusive! It's a bad joke! Accommodation in the first day was a DISASTER !!! The sheets, the pillow cases and the towels were gray not white!!! ! Sand on the bed! Hair strands on the bed! The pillow cases were full of stains! Very bad food! Food was not enough! If you do not succeed in coming exactly when the restaurant opens you will find nothing! If, however, you manage to get on time you get from the cook a tiny piece of meat (I received in one of the days a HALF of chicken drumstick!!!!). The meat from the main dish (most often only one type of meat) is placed on the plate by a cook so that you do not get 2 portions !!! This is not All Inclusive! They ruined this concept! I complained to the "manager". In fact which manager? She didn't even apologize. And she didn't even make any improvements! They are not professionals! The only professionals from there were a bartender and people from the spa center and I want to say to them " thank you!!!" for everything! So if you do not want to ruin your holiday RUN from this "4 *" "all inclusive" hotel! PS. I gave a star because I couldn't give zero !!!

Avoid at all costsIf you want to have a nice holiday, this is not the place for you. Save your hard worked money and go literally anywhere else. I'm not prone to writing dramatic reviews, but dear God, I have never wanted to go back home from a holiday. Not until this year, at least. Some of the things that I had not liked (there's no point in listing the good points. Spoiler alert: there aren't any.) 1. Rooms are outdated and dirty. The sheets have been washed so many times, they're now gray and full of holes. The pillows stink and the cleaning ladies refused to change them. If you leave the towels on the floor to have them changed, as THEY ADVISE you, the cleaning ladies will pick them up and put them right back on the rack :). The remote was caked with dirt, we didn't bother touching it. The plastic chairs on the balcony were cracked and stained from the rusty water leaking from the air conditioning unit. I normally wouldn't give a damn about the state of the furniture as long as its clean. But that brings me to the next point. 2. The way they clean is horrible. When we first came in the room, the stench of chlorine was so strong, our eyes started watering and we started coughing. As I later witnessed when someone checked out, the cleaners literally dump chlorine from a bottle on the floor and then mop it. That's it. They also use the same dirty rag in the bathroom and the rest of the room. When we first went in, there was hair everywhere, some pistachio shells on the floor, sand in the shower. 3. My favourite part: the food. Ha. All inclusive? I've seen better food in the homeless shelter kitchens in my city, where volunteers cook. This was supposed to be food cooked by a chef who knew what the hell he was doing. He didn't. We arrived at the hotel around 12.30 pm, right on time to eat. The receptionist said to go upstairs while our rooms were ready. Perfect timing, right? Here's what they offered:10 different types of salad, cold dry chips (that they cook before breakfast, but more on that later), some beans and meat. The "meat", frozen chicken nuggets, that were mainly made of fat, definitely not chicken, were fried by the so called chef on the spot. I love chicken nuggets, but these tasted stale and were just fatty and had a weird texture. When we complained to the manager about it, a lady who barely spoke any English, she didn't even bother to wait for us to finish what we wanted to say, she just started yelling that we should just move. Having bought the tickets through an agency, we couldn't just moved. Otherwise, we would have been out of there in the first 5 minutes. She also claimed that no one ever complained about the food, that its great. But most people would come into the dining area, take a look at what they offered and then left. There was a memorable moment when another guest told the chef he's not certain that's beef and that it looks more like cat. Over the course of our trip, the food was bad and not enough. If you weren't there at the beginning of the meal times, most things, the meat and sides, never the salads though, would finish. They would not bring extra. They didn't care. Breakfast would have eggs, chips, sometimes sausages, omelette that the chef would cook for you in a liter of stale oil. (please, don't eat the omelette if you go). Lunch would sometimes have nuggets, sometimes stew, chips (again), soup (in a 10 liter pot. Once it finished, it finished). Tons of salads, some made just of vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumbers, some more bizarre, such as the chips from the previous evening mixed with mayo and ketchup. Dinners were mostly the same, though one night they offered kebab, which was good. The open bar had a few alcoholic drinks included, Tuborg beer, which was good and white and red wine, which were less good. Soda was alright. 4. Beach. The hotel prides itself with having its own private beach. I would not be so proud, to be honest. About 50 sunbeds for 200+ guests. The WiFi is said to be free, but the bartender wants extra money, so unless you're giving him a nice tip, he's not giving it to you. No one from the staff speaks English but they like shouting at people in Turkish, thinking they'd somehow be understood. The beach is not sand!! Be careful and buy shoes. Also mind the rocks in the water, they're very slippery and you can catch your feet and toes in the holes that are formed on the surface of the rocks. It's a real shame, because the water is amazing, clean, perfect temperature. But it's very hard to enjoy yourself when you're trying your best to not lose your balance or step on something sharp. 5. Random things that are sort of annoying but could normally be ignored: the WiFi is only free in the lobby (and technically the beach, but let's not go there again) but it barely works. You can purchase access to the main WiFi from the reception but you can only connect one device at the time. There is a weird shop that sells leather and fur (?) coats. It was never open, wasn't really in the way either, but I just thought it was a weird thing to have right at the entrance of a hotel. The gym isn't really a gym, it's a corner in the spa centre, with no air con, and only 3 machines (don't know their names, I don't go to the gym. My brother does though and he was very disappointed). The spa center is okay, though I wish the guys who do the massages would use less pressure if they're told. The bruises on my back haven't faded yet. There's probably other things as well that I have simply forgot about. Really disappointed, especially since I only see my family 2 times a year, once at Christmas and once on holiday, as I live in a different country. I'm quite upset about the whole situation so save yourselves the grief and don't choose this hotel.

Low Budget HotelThe Hotel has rooms with great view on the sea. It is close to the sea and has acces to it by a tunnel. The staff is ok and knows english. The rooms are not really great, but according to the price is ok. A lot of paid services like wi-fi. The all inclusive offers a little too cheap food.
