  Great hotel

  Really nice hotel- clean, spacious rooms, well thought-out interior that creates warm ambience and right in the center of Bitola. Free parking on site. Nice, welcoming, polite staff. The food served in the restaurant of the hotel is tasty and the restaurant itself is pleasant with a nice garden.

  Very good place

  This hotel is in a good location in the city. The rooms are big and not worse than a more expensive hotel. In the period when I was staying was very cold in the city but the hotel had a great warming. The staff was very kind.

  Very important to read prior visiting the hotel

  This hotel is located in the center of Bitola, very decent and clean, however, we were terrified by their behavior. They gave us a price on the phone, but when we got there we were denied to pay right away. Next day, they doubled the price. After expressing our disapproval we were verbally attacked by the owner, and even though we put efforts to solve the problem, the receptionist didn't want to face us and after waiting for an hour, we missed our bus, the owner was still yelling at us, and at the end they did charge us more than we had to pay - stating that they did give us discount. I was so embarrassed for cheap money, but I did not want let them go with it. Because they were not sincere, misleading, very very dishonest. I am shocked. Don't ever go to there. Can you imagine being verbally attacked by the owner? Can you imagine being not right and yet be their guest.

  Our trip

  Best place to visit in Bitola,good food,good service,very clean rooms,frendly place. We had the best time with our family.The hotel is in centar of the town but in very quiet street. You have all you need near the hotel.
