  Nice sauna and hotspring

  Staying at this hotel for around 2 weeks. The rooms were clean, but quite noisy and a bit smelly. The best part of this hotel are the sauna and spa, which is combined with fitness facilities. It's really relaxing to spend the time at the sauna after a full day works. Another big point, it's located very close to the market places, convenience store and malls.

  Decent hotel!

  I was at this hotel around November last year in 2016. I was attending an event in Riau as well on that month. As first timer in Riau, this hotel quite surprising!! It looked small from the outside yet really big in the inside. I stayed for 3 nights and I can say there were pros and cons from this hotel. Pros: the location is in the main street,my room is on the third floor, loved my room, the air-conditioning was just fine, the bathroom was great, my bed is comfy and my room is big! Compared to my friends who stayed on the floors above me,my room still bigger, the breakfast choices are great too! And friendly staff, there is a convenience store next to so you can buy what you need if u plan to stay longer. Cons: the FO staffs were slow to assisting on my check in, they were like waiting their supervisor to monitored what they're doing other than that they're friendly and helpful, the lifts were too small compared to the amounts of the occupancy room and it was too bouncy whenever I used it, it gave me dizzy after using it for more than 4 times, some furniture are out of date, i highly suggest the revenue manager of this hotel upgrade their assets. The waiters in the restaurant should be having more training about how to ask guests whether they already finished their meal and wanted their plate to be cleaned!. i experienced waiter took my plate and cleaned it while i went for buffet for some other foods. I left all my belongings in the table and i left my napkins hang on the chair to indicate that i still on my table, but they ignored it. Conclusion this hotel worth the budget and it was convenience, is it recommended for others? I will give 7 out 10, it was okay but there are still other nicer for sure.

  Fantastic!

  Huge room, super clean and comfy bed. I will definitely give top mark for furaya hotel. The location is in the downtown, easy access to everywhere. The service was excellent. Will absolutely comeback and recommend to all friends and family.

  I would like to recommend this hotel. It has a suitable price for suitable room. The hotel is near supermarket and some restaurants. The service is very nice and the rooms are clean enough. I like the place near there because at night there are still lots of people wandering, seems crowded enough

  Still the friendliest hotel in town.

  I always feel comfortable with Furaya Hotel. Have to admitted the facilities are incredible and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast was so lovely with so many kind of delicious variation of food and beverage. The hotel is always be my 1st choice since the character of customer service are strong.
