  it was great, when I arrived the hotel. i was super tired, however, i was treated as friends. hot tea, warm towel, sweet smile. I would definitely for sure stay here next time, everything was impressive.

  My Experience At Fullon Hotel

  This was a group trip of eleven people. We stayed at Fullon Hotel for four nights. Service: The employees were very welcoming and kind. They greeted us with smiles and always offered to carry our bags when we returned from our day out. There was no hesitation when we asked for any assistance or extra accommodations (ie: extra blanket) from the front desk. Overall, my experience with the service of Fullon Hotel's employees was excellent. Preparation/Room Service: The room service was great. Blankets were folded nicely, bottles of water were always restocked, fresh and old towels were always taken care of. Cleanliness: The bed, bathroom, closet, and desk were kept very clean. You would not need to worry about filth at this hotel :) Amenities: This was the part that I was disappointed in. Especially when it was a long stay and how hot Taiwan was during my visit, I wished the laundry room was in better condition. There was only one dryer and washer (that means only one guest can be washing and/or drying their clothes at a time). There was loose cigarette tobacco inside the drier and the drier shakes when it is in use. Additionally, the game room, fitness room, and conference room seem like it needs an update. The decor is subpar and isn't very inviting. Sauna Room: The sauna again was subpar. I found bugs and skim of filth on top of the water in the jacuzzi as if no one was managing the sauna the whole entire day. Sometimes the sauna or jacuzzi would be out of service. Food/Dining Area: I only had their breakfast, the food was poor. The eggs did not look right, the ham was chewy, the food was disappointing. The dining area is in an enclosed outdoor space inside of the hotel. The purple decor needs an update and I don't like vicious mosquitos biting me as I am trying to have my breakfast. Additionally, the mosquitos from the enclosed dining area would fly into the lobby when the automatic door opens. I've gotten huge bits just by sitting in the lobby. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi in the lobby was terrible, however, the Wi-Fi in the rooms are much better. I would not say it was high speed but it was still usable. Overall: I recommend this hotel for any short term stays or group trips. Their staff does an awesome job reserving areas for groups to drop off their luggage. Our cab rides to and back from the subway station were all covered by the hotel, which made our experience so much better. Although their laundry services, activity rooms, and breakfast were subpar, this hotel is still worth booking because of their kind and patient employees and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Convenient stores, laundromat, restaurants, McDonald's, are all within a five-minute walk from the hotel. Again this hotel is perfect for anyone who is searching for a mid-range priced hotel that is clean with great service.

  Good hotel to stay

  The hotel is located in the newer part of Sanxia. The room is of good size. Staff are nice and helpful. It offers free buffet breakfast. Further, there are lots of restaurants around the hotel too. Travel around the area is easy as the bus stops are just couple of minutes walk from the hotel and Easy Card is applicable in this area. It costs around TWD900 to take a cab from Taoyuan Airport to the hotel.

  A fair price with a not bad stay

  Came here with friends, staffs are really nice and helpful for trips advised, especially Ian, helped a lot.!~ Also got some good restaurants nearby. Have to say it's a good experience for a brief stay.

  Clean well maintained rooms. Breakfast was hectic because of the tour groups they book, but the food quality was good. The location is convenient to many other restaurants and shops. A worthwhile place to stay.
