  It's better to avoid this hotel...not worth it

  I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. As soon as I got into the room, there was a strange smell (probably too much detergents on the toilet). The room was spacy but nothing special. Internet and power cables were mixed and scattered ontop of the desk., I spent some time till i untie them. Breakfast buffet simply do not exist in this hotel. There is a ready-made american menu whether you like it or not. I had a really hard time to communicate with the hotel staff, since most of them do not speak English. There is a restaurant on the top floor, however available tables as well as menu choices are quite limited. It was Sunday evening when me and my colleague visited the restaurant.The head waiter claimed that all tables are reserved and he refused to service us.When we protested to the person in charge of the front desk (as I said there is no other restaurant in the vicinity of the hotel ) then he made a "mysterious" phone call and all of a sudden, an available table was finally found..... I do not recommend you to stay there...try to avoid it..

  Spacious and Clean

  I stayed in this hotel during a business conference. I was surprised to see that the room is very spacious. The location is also very strategic since it's only a walking distance to Sunpalace Hall. The hotel had no wifi but can only accomodate LAN connection. The hotel staff can barely understand english. During breakfast, they only served Japanese style food. It was delicious but they could have offered American style as an alternative for those who are not accustomed to eating Japanese food.

  Very Hospitable Place.

  Very Nice hotel. Very Hospitable Crew. Restaurant on the 10Floor is awesome. Can see the buzzveiw while dining in the restaurant. Food is good. Overall fantastic. Very near to shopping Center & Marine city. Grazie

  Excellent vaule

  I had a great three night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and not cramped, a real comfort zone. I loved the bathroom, towels provided and great shower. Good air con system. Staff were great, helped me out with the odd direction here and there. Only had breakfast the once, quite good but needs to be more western. The bed was so comfy, once I turned the light off through a dimmer switch, I was out cold.

  Old business hotel, but quiet due to farther location

  Location: Walk 5 min from Hakata Wharf and the Super Sento in front of the port. Ride bus 10 min to Hakata or Tenjin Area, or stroll about 20 to 30 min. Rooms: An older hotel with old decor, so slightly bigger rooms but clean and no smoking smell. Very quiet at night, due to residential location. Beds were not rock hard, and comfy. Staff were helpful. This is a good choice if hotels in busy areas are full, provided you how the bus runs.
