Nice hotel in FredericiaI stayed here for one night in March 2014. I arrived early and the room was ready. The receptionists were all very friendly and spoke perfect English. All the rooms are on one floor so it can be a walk to your room. I was in J1 which was a bit of a walk but hey. They gave me free access to the swimming pool and the sauna for no charge. The room was really nice with a nice view of the garden. The wifi was amazing, available throughout the hotel and you don't need a password so no hassle, and you could watch videos with no problem. The restaurant finished serving at 19:30, I didn't eat there so I cannot comment on the food and service. But breakfast was served until 09:30 which was nice The bar stayed open until gone 02:00 which was really nice but I paid the price the next day! There is a big car park so no problem for parking, and overall it was a really nice hotel and a nice experience. I will probably return at the end of the month when I am there for a week.

Functional and that is itMy preferred hotel was fully booked. This was my second choice. It is located in beautiful surroundings and it is quiet. The centre is an institute for the blind as well so everything there is centrered around this for example rails along the corridors. Everything is quite simple also. But that is ok. The toilet had not been used for a while and needed a another clear which was not ideal. They should have checked the room before just to make sure. This can happen if you leave a clean loo. This is my reason for the three star. The breakfast was good and the bar area is cosy in a Scandinavian way.

Hotel for blind peopleNot a very clean hotel, blind people live there between the room u can rent. Too many dogs and alot of dog hair in the hall. Quiet hotell. Hard bed. Old bathroom. Ok for just a night if u passing by. Nice staff. We suppose to stay there for 3 night but checked out first thing the first morning.

Fantastic Hotel! The hotel was lovely. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was extremely spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and extremely clean. There was a large windows facing out onto the grounds of the centre and even a skylight window. Breakfast was very good, mix of warm and cold food and the Dinner was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and spoke very good English. Overall a very good hotel.

Not for night owlsWe were staying for just one night after a long day drive. The hotell staff were helpful and the rom was nice and clean. To our dismay we woke up to the sound of drill at 6:30 a.m. At 6:50 a guy with headphones on started cutting the hedge just outside our window and he didnt seem concerned although I ran out in pj to ask him to come again later (I asked him politely in both English and Norwegian. He just confirmed the time-7 am in the morning). Maybe its a policy in Danmark that everybody should be awake by 7 am? If youre a night owl-stay away from this hotel.
