  We are budget travelers with 2 small children in tow. Our top priority is a clean, QUIET, dark room with a hot shower and, when necessary, AC. Front Beach was the perfect spot for our family. The couple who run the hotel were very nice. The property is perfectly situated about 60 m from the beach access path. The beach in this area is clean and quiet. There is also a short walking path nearby that leads up a hill with lovely ocean views. Room: The décor is a bit dated, but the shower was hot, AC was cold, we had a gorgeous view from the balcony, and this was the first 'western' style mattress that we've slept on here where metal springs were not poking you all night. The room was tidy and the owner provided fresh towels, bottled water, and toilet paper daily. Property: The hotel has a small pool adjacent to the dining area. The pool is one depth throughout, but it does have a small kiddie pool attached. The adults were able to leisurely sip coffee in the morning while the kids occupied themselves in the pool. The simple, but adequate, breakfast consisted of fried eggs, sausage, ham, toast, fruit, and rice porridge.

  Nice little place; stellar location

  Located 60m up the street from the beach access, this little spot is the perfect quiet beach getaway for the budget-conscious. We were 3 adults and 2 kids, both under 5, in 2 rooms. The rooms are a bit dated, but the mattresses are some of the comfier ones we have experienced. The shower is hot, AC is cold, and it is super quiet. No blackout curtains, but it's not in a bright area. The simple, but adequate, breakfast featured fried eggs, sausage, ham, toast, and fruit. There is a small pool onsite with an attached kiddie pool. The pool is next to the open-air restaurant so the kids ate and went into the pool while the adults had coffee. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The nearby beach is beautiful. Edit June 2020: The rooms have been updated with fresh paint and new linens. Same yummy breakfast and friendly owners.
