  Location and an Indoor Pool!

  This hotel is just outside of Allinge on the coast. The views are spectacular. The hotel has a 70's vibe but is nicely appointed. The beds were just ok. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our meals were and how outstanding the service was. The indoor pool was a nice bonus. My husband used the sauna, then joined me in the pool. The hotel had bathrobes to rent for about 8.00 American - which I thought was ridiculous and skipped. I would definitely stay here again. Fun times.

  Incredible location and staff

  This is not a five star hotel but then neither are the rates. Value for money is excellent for good basic accommodation. Rooms are spacious and include a bar fridge and stovetop plus plates, pots and utensils. The indoor pool is kept at a warm 28 degrees. The breakfast included is wonderful and has something for everyone. Plus in good weather you can eat on the terrace and take in the marvellous sea views. We had dinner one night and it was terrific, not a big selection but what they have is delicious. Location is across from the sea, a short stroll to the beach and there is a path you can take to Alligne that takes about 30 minutes. All staff we met were friendly, helpful and made our stay that much nicer Bathrooms are a little outdated but very functional In recap. We would love to go back again!

  Misleading website

  This hotel is basically OK: good Atmosphere, good breakfast, great location. BUT it is not what it claims to be! This is one of the most falsely described hotel rooms we have ever encountered. Deluxe room = privately owned holiday apartment without the least hint of luxury! Large double bed = 2 narrow single beds pushed together. Free toiletries = no toiletries! We pointed this out and were met with a shrug: it´s an apartment, not a room! On the website, there are only hotel rooms, there is no mention of holiday apartments. Yet it appears that most of their accommodation is the latter. We booked via booking.com, and we decided to pay extra for a deluxe room with a large double bed and a sea view. It was a great disappointment. I don´t know where the photos were taken, but they were nothing like the room we were given. We complained and were offered a family room, which we chose, because the balcony was more private and it had a decent double bed. The price was the same. This was also a privately owned holiday apartment with obvious signs of wear and tear. The price (1400kr, £167, 187euro) per night is at least 25-30% higher than other cheaply furnished private apartments in holiday towns in Denmark.

  Nice place to stay

  We had a good start on the 5 night stay with a quick check-in and upgrade to a room with a better seaview. The room was nice but somewhat outdated and in need of an update. Breakfast was basic but OK. Parking is free. A car is much needed to explore this beautiful island

  Reality vs website

  Excellent location as well as friendly staff does not equalize the poor impression of the budget rooms. If the actual standard of all rooms had been presented on the website the quest would what he could expect. And, the hotel could increase their revenue by selling a better room. The respond "but you have bought a budget room" indicates a limited understanding of the importance of honest marketing as well as complience between customers expectations and actual product,
