  Family hotel

  Went there with 3 generations of family, oldest 64, youngest 8. Nice place, great size pool, food good, never waited long for a drink. Entertainment is ok, kids loved it. Anis works very hard to keep everyone entertained. Rooms are a fair size, air cons good. Overall we had a lovely holiday apart from 3 of a party of 6 getting ear infections

  Good

  We booked in a different hotel but they havent got the room for us and they offered another studio in this resort just for 2 nights. We were happy here, staff is nice and helpful. The pool was clean, the studio wasnt that clean as the hotel is a 4* hotel not a bungallow, but in total we've been happy here.

  Awfull experiance

  The only positive thing about the resort is the good location. Its in a walking distance to the beach and town center. Beyond this anything else its terrible, poor cleanness, but above all we suffered a very bad experience with staff which seems that they do not belong to the hotel industry , but an industry that has nothing to do with people. They have no training , they are impolite , they do not now anything about service and I think they tried their best to make our holidays terrible. At the beginning we thought that they didn't like Russian people but after we spoke to an English couple they said that they had the same problems Never again

  Overpriced and they DONT care about you

  I have to come here every year for work, and every year it gets worse and worse. First year we stayed in the beach towers, we did not have running water for 24 hours, and once we got water running our air conditioner broke. The second year we splurged on the royal tower as the beach had been SO bad, and the royal towers room did not have working phones, or wifi and the TV was broken, and the balcony is so small that you cannot fit a single chair. So this year we decided to try the mid price range Coral tower, after asking the front desk if they could please ensure we have a nice room, we were thrown in the worst damn room in the tower. Our balcony led to concrete as far as we could see covered in broken glass, cigarette butts, a broken mop bucket and rusty coat hangers. Our fridge was broken and so was our coffee table, with sharp broken glass running through the middle of it. When we explained upon checkout how disappointed and frustrated we are, yet again, we were insultingly given 3 drinks off our total $1300 USD bill. Do not stay in this run down, over priced hotel. Their forced 15% gratuity ensures they will NOT care about you or the service they provide. Stay across the road, its half the price and they give you complementary access to all the Atlantis facilities without the disappointment we have received 3 years running.

  Might as well give them your walet

  Absolute cash grab built by the wealthy for the wealthy . Came for my 50th bd they promised they would make it memorable and they did by giving us no tv no bath robes no mini fridge broken sliding door sink was not draining 7$ bottles of water 60$ credit a day for garbage food witch after 4 days tell us not applicable to alcohol so needles to say will not becoming back. We are so disappointed that this was the worst bd I have ever had thanks Atlantis
