  Bathroom floor

  Room was clean, hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. However bathroom floor was too slippery, my kid slipped and fell while in shower, so my older kid went to help out, she slipped too, so I went in to help and slipped also... We all called out to my wife and last hope, she came in and slipped too. So we all accepted our fate and spent the night in the shower. Also bathroom sink needs re alignment, contractor needs to re confirm drawings before carrying out work. Please see attached picture.

  Not happy but

  A modern well equipped hotel with great comfortable room with strong wifi and large flatscreen. Decided to stay here after city center hotel and then relatives stay to be near airport for early morning departure. That bit was good and within a 5 minute walk a lovely modern shopping mall to pass a few hours and relax before a long flight. However, I booked last minute the day before and got a great discount with Agoda paying in full. I also requested early check in. They agreed subject to availability. I arrived early and reception stated room to be cleaned and check in at 1pm. I then heard others check in early so said "if I pay more will room be ready?"and their response was "yes, immediately" No negotiation $54.00 USD or wait to 1pm so room cleaning statement not true. Paid extra $54.00 to keep wife happy but lo and behold next morning told my rate did not include breakfast! I only stayed here because original rate included breakfast and airport shuttle. After discussion reception then agreed that my extra $54.00 qualified for breakfast! So no airport shuttle available although getting a taxi not a problem. If you get a great room rate beware that you will not get in before 1pm and breakfast not included as advertised. It was mediocre anyway. This is an "airport run hotel" so I'm sure they have a set schedule for early arrival/ late departures which has nothing to do with cleaning or availability. A shame as a very nice convenient hotel and pleasant staff

  Freedom design hotel

  In keeping with the name, the interior decor is certainly free spirited! Not a 4 star hotel unless you place it in the category of motel 6. Service is not applicable since the only thing being attended is the front desk and buffet breakfast. Don't get me wrong, I love the place and have returned 4 times. The price is right, if you book on line, and it's close to the taimall, which is nice!

  Last minute accomodations

  I missed a flight and was desperately looking for accommodations in not only a new town but new country. Aiden was so kind and helpful. Everything about the hotel demonstrated how classy and clean other hotels should strive for in the United States. My room was beautiful and the towels had a lovely scent to them.

  Comfortable stay about 20-min taxi ride to hotel

  Modern, comfortable hotel with large, clean room. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable during our stays in Taiwan, and we tried five different places. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Tai Mall for shopping and many meal options. The breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) offered a good selection of American, Korean, Japanese and other Asian choices. The staff was courteous, helpful and spoke English well. We took a taxi ride to the airport which was about 20 minutes and NT$ 350.
