  Feeling really @home

  I have been living for more than two years in Fraser Suites CBD Beijing. The location is excellent. The apartment was very clean. But I wish to thank especially the staff at the front desk. They have been always willing to help whenever necessary and make me really feel at home. Thanks especially to Sharlene (how many nice talks we had together!, always smiling and supportive), Tony and Michael. Hope to see you again soon guys!

  Second home

  Service really excellent, apartment clean, nice swimming pool and sauna. The second floor lounge is really comfortable. The front desk staff is the best you can get. They are very helpful with check in, luggage and any support you need. A warm thanks to them, with particular regard to my friend Sharlene Yuan.

  2nd Visit and We Love IT-EXCELLENT

  1. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. 2. Breakfast was served at Blue Frog, decent spread. 3. Special thanks to Crystal, Jack above all Mr. Danny Lingham for the excellent service rendered during our stay. 4. The Suites is close to all the Prominent shopping areas. 5. You will be spoilt for choices when it comes to dining out. We tried the Mexican, Arabic, Chinese and Indian restaurant nearby. Many thanks for your wonderful service.

  The best hotel in Beijing

  This hotel has the perfect location, in the very best part of the CBD. The apartments are big and comfortably furnished, while the prices are low. The service is excellent. The living room sofa was so comfortable that in the end I was reluctant to check out. To get something like that in the CBD for this price is unheard of. Also, there are some interesting people living there long term, with whom you can converse at breakfast.

  Wonderful hospitality!

  I have been living here for the last 18 months and am really so thankful for the service and hospitality from the cleaners, to the front desk to the manager to the GM--- all so warm and pleasant to deal with. They take care of my plants when I am away, answer my numerous questions and it just makes me feel good that I have a home away from home. The GM Danny Lingham and Manager Maggie, Sharlene, Cary welcomed me this time with beautiful flowers and a lovely bottle of champagne because I was not able to go home for my anniversary-- what a lovely welcome. There is a lovely pool and gym that keeps me fit too. Additionally, the location is central , near public transport and really anything and everything u need is a hop, skip and a jump and if not they will get it for you! Thank you very much!
