  Such a sweet comfort with a touch of delicious appetites.

  Ms. Pavlovskaya, the owner is super friendly and she has the taste. And Yura Sasin speaks great english. The location is right on the spot on. Great food. With one word, fantastic and the money is worth. Hope they will open in different Ukrainian cities so when we go on busines trips we can stay in them as well.

  Clean place and great location

  Have been here 3 nights. Very clean place. Staff is very friendly. English speaking. There is restaurant in hotel and bar with great menu. Prices is good. Great place to stay in Odessa. You can ask transportation from airport for 300 grivnas.

  perfect hotel

  Once we decided to have a small trip to another city to have a good time there. We chose Odessa. The search for a place to sleep was pretty fast. The hotel named Frapolli had nice photos and reviews from people. It was also important for us that the price was attractive) In reality, everything was the same as in the photo, and, as I remember, this feeling was strange..) I was impressed by how ordinary things can look restrained and stylish at the same time. I'm inadvertently interested in how such a room was renovated, otherwise, its just a new modern furniture and so on. Before leaving we also took photos to write our own review. Most of all I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast which was included in the cost and quality of invisible service. Would highly recommend this hotel! Thx)

  Superb!!!!

  We had a fantastic stay!! Its trully a boutique hotel. It still smells so fresh even though it is run for two years already. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Premises, lobby and rooms are super clean and well-looked-after. Hotel is centrally located. Yes, it is not near the sea but city center is in a couple minutes walking distance. The mattress was the most comfortable i only if i could take it home with me haha. Lobby bar is open 24/7. Prices are very cheap. Breakfast buffet has very large variety of local specialties and continental dishes. Wifi connection is very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you, Frapolli. We know where to stay whenever were in Odessa.

  Absolute Deceitful and Manipulative Cheaters

  Absolutely terrible experience. Incompetent worker charged me WAY more than it should have to, the check I received didn't make ANY logical sense whatsoever, to say the least, as he made the bill up randomly and nonchalantly by calculating things in a way that was utterly unfavorable for me as a client, including charging me for things I didn't order or manipulate the order in a way that doubles the price of every ingredient. To add insult to injury, and to his unprofessional behavior, his individual person-to-person attitude was reprehensibly rude, unpleasant, and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he wasted 15 minutes of my time, only to come up with another bill that is MORE expensive!!!! How ridicilous is that? Lying deceitfully and acting arrogantly, this worker is responsible for me never visit again at Frapoli, not with this attitude. Lastly, I would like to emphasize its inability to control his emotions when client tells him the truth, and his unwillingness to bear responsibility for his mistakes, among his inappropriate behaviors I would mention facial expressions exhibiting neglicence and carelessness, rude and impolite tonality, aggressiveness towards clients, playing psycholgical warfare with your mind and let you wait only to give you more a expensive bill. This behavior is unacceptable, and was instantaneously reported to the manager. I hope some justice will be brought and someone will put this worker in its place. Disguating behavior, really. Luckily, his manager was more polite, logical and professional, and provided me with a proper bill after much sweat blood and tears, so to say, of unnecessary negotiation
