  What we needed for a night.

  Owner very helpful with information and replied to emails quickly when our plans changed for key collection. Keys were available in a suitable place for late night arrival. Room was fine. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Clean. Would use again......only SMALL thing.....FRESH milk would have been great for coffee, as there is a fridge.. Powder...egh.

  Comfortable overnight stay near the wine tram.

  The Franschoek Travellers' Lodge is extremely affordable. I recommend it to travellers who do not expect luxury, but rather an affordable overnight stay with everything you need. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, it is very near the wine tram and the restaurants. Given the low price, the lodge exceeded my expectations.

  Franschhoek's affordable travells

  Errol, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful. He assisted my partner and I with transitioning smoothly into the Franschhoek community (finding a place to call our home). He not only welcomed us with open arms but our furry companion too. Rooms are neat and tidy and lodge location is excellent for accessing the Franschhoek Village.   Fransschoek travellers lodge

  Very basic accommodation but fine for a night. Very hot in the rooms. Great location for the centre of town and wine tram. Safe to walk around at night in a group. Able to get uber if necessary. Helpful staff allowed us to use their phone.

  Most affordable dog friendly place to stay in the heart of Franschhoek

  very last minute my dog Holly and me been accommodated in this friendly place. Big bonus was the upgrade to the family room next to the garden and the fan , because it was very hot ! Much appreciated and will recommend -:)
