Good value, nice little hotel.Great little restored 1960s house with about 6 rooms, nicely decorated with timber furniture etc. Maybe a 10/15 minute walk to some places we visited, and worth a tuk-tuk or cyclo for others.(always tuk tuks out the front) Very friendly staff, room was clean and neat. Bathroom even had bathtub, although hot water could be a little better. The courtyard is a nice place for breakfast, although the breakfast is just your basic eggs + fruit, coffee etc type of thing. Wifi was also a little patchy, could easily be fixed with a wifi extender. We stayed in September and had a discount on the room, so it was even better value than usual, especially compared to other hotels that aren't as nice and often cost $20 more. Yes its a little away from riverfront, but you get a bit more of an idea of the real Phnom Penh that way. Definitely recommend staying here.

Small villa in townNear Russian Market, vintage room, friendly staff, free bike, nice breakfast. They really support me when I travel solo in Phnom Penh. Frangipani Villa Hotels either in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap. The room too dark :)

Average hotel. Great staffUnfortunately the pics don't really tell how this hotel looks. It is badly in need of renovation . But you get what you pay for, and it is reasonably priced and in a good location. It's in a quiet street not too far from the action of Riverside. On the upside the rooms are clean, spacious and light. Especially if you get an upgrade. These rooms are like a mini apartment. As we were staying for 4 weeks, we really appreciated the extra room. The hotel did run out of toilet paper for a few days which we found extraordinary. we had to use tissues, The hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure everything is ok. They will help with information about places to visit, shopping, and eating. They always have a welcoming smile for you. You couldn't ask for better service from all of them. The breakfast menu is adequate and offers both western and asian food served a la carte. The dinner menu is limited but very tasty. Be warned, the cook has Thursday off so no dinner service is available. But no one tells you this.
