  Good value for money.

  I stayed here for three nights recently for a long weekend. The hotel was fairly easy to find from Susukino station - about a 5 minute walk. When we arrived we couldnt actually find the hotel because it was under scaffolding! But there is a sign, and I imagine itd be easy to find without the coverings. Theres a staircase up to the lobby, but if youve got luggage there is a lift behind the staircase. Check in was 3pm onwards, but we arrived early. They allowed us to drop our bags and go exploring until check in time. When we got back our bags had been taken to our room already! We didnt order breakfast in advance, but were told that we could request it (had to be booked the day before though). The room was a good size (room for two large suitcases without getting under your feet). The bed was comfy and fit two people without a bother. Bathrooms are small but the shower was good and hot, so we had no complaints there! Only downside from our experience was that the walls are paper thin - we could hear people coughing in the next room. Also we werent forewarned about the noisy decoration works going on around the hotel until the end of April 2019. Lots of noise until 6pm and no view out of the windows thanks to the scaffolding and covers. Overall Id recommend the Frame Hotel, due to its proximity to the city sights and train stations, and wed probably stay here again.

  good value

  this is a good value hotel in a good location in Sapporo. 10 minute walk to nightlife and close to a tram station. Room was quiet and clean, I would stay here again. The staff were very helpful even though they only had a little English.

  Small but equited

  Was here for 3nights with friend. Room was small, just enough for couple. Breakfast is semi buffet with main come with choice of Western or Japanese. Location just next to the tourist area sush as tanukoji, chi ka ho, walking distance to orodi park. Surrounding with the night entertainment spot and convenient store just round the corner outside the building. Have the public sauna with time frame to segregation male and female

  Small but nice

  The Frame Hotel is located near the nightlife district and has a friendly staff and nice breakfast. With respect to my room, I have no objections or complaints: the room was small and functional -- comprising everything one expects in a hotel room. I stayed during the Sapporo Snow Festival, so rates were high -- but I still feel that it was a good rate.

  good location, nice staff, big room

  The hotel and the room look better than in the advertise photo. Located in a good location in the middle of Susukino, many minimart near the hotel, train and streetcar station, restaurants, shopping mall and able to walk to Tanukikoji shopping street. We got a room with tatami area for 3 people, the room was big, a slide door separate area of bath and toilet from the sleeping area. There is a commune bath but there is only room so have to switch the timetable of men and women. but in the room also have a bath tub. There are relax area with massage chairs, TV and big comfy chairs. The hotel has very limited parking lot, they suggest to a parking building opposite the hotel but lots of traffic in the parking lot. The staffs were nice, they taking care of us with the travel information and the luggage, even their English were not so good but they were willing to help.
