  El mejor hotel

  Cuando llegas al hotel ya impresiona por lo bonito que es, el personal te recibe en el coche y se encarga tanto del equipaje como de que incluso hacer el check in sea una experiencia agradable. El personal de recepción tuvo un trato excepcional e incluso nos dejó unos dulces portugueses en nuestra habitación al decirle que veníamos de Portugal. La habitación es muy amplia y cuidada hasta el mínimo detalle. El desayuno es increíble, hay todo lo que puedes imaginar y el servicio es impecable. La situación del hotel es inmejorable. Nos gustó tanto que incluso quisimos cambiar nuestro viaje a Hong Kong y quedarnos más días pero desafortunadamente estaba completo. El mejor hotel que he visitado nunca. Sin duda volveremos.

  Amazing wedding anniversary experience

  We had an amazing wonderful stay at the four seasons Hotel in the cotai strip of Macao we were surprised to find out that exceptional care and effort had taken place to receive us starting with a small detail of a hand written letter to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary, together with a bottle of champagne two glasses and a basket of fruits, prepared by wenslie one of the staff that personally treated us like her guest, The decorations around the hotel and especially in the lobby were impressive, The service around the hotel were very kind and very insightful very helpful and very professional, We really enjoyed the spa and the facility there was fully equipped the helpers there also were very kind and helpful, all in all we can say that it was enjoyable experience the views at the hotel are amazing the rooms are very comfortable, and the whole experience was a very welcoming and positive one.

  Not very Four Seasons

  Generally speaking, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the two most elite hotel brands in my mind. However, Four Seasons Macau is very far away from what I expected. It was to the extent that I even once considered giving up my room to stay at another hotel nearby. By looking at its room, it is very hard to explain how it can receive five stars on Forbes. From my perspective, it is not even up to the level to be recommended by Forbes! The room is small (given how expensive it is!); the furniture is old and somehow broken; the room design is just standard (imagine something similar to Sheraton's most basic room). However, these would all have been fine if its service had been good. Unfortunately, its service was even worse than its hardware. Its staffs were just... impolite. I would always greet every staff I met, and all of them would reply me with at least a smile. Surprisingly, most of the staffs at Four Seasons Macau simply won't reply to any greeting but just strangely stared at me from the moment I entered their vision... it was thus really uncomfortable to stay at the lobby - no one asked you how they could help but just stared at you. I am really confused why Four Seasons Macau can even appear on Forbes. Its room is just up to Sheraton's level while its service is even worse - I would have got a more polite service from Holiday Inn. However, I still need to thanks Edmond for his highly professional reception and warm services. He was the only person reminding me that I was actually staying in one of the most elite hotel brands in the world.

  Wedding anniversary - best ever!

  We want to start by saying a big thank you to the Four Seasons and in particular the Reservations Team for making our stay so memorable!! You guys really amazed and surprised me with all the arrangements! My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Macau for our wedding anniversary last week! We booked the Spa Indulgence package which I highly recommend with the stay! I must say we had an amazing time! I couldnt have asked for more!! From the time we arrived we were greeted by all their friendly staff and everywhere we went to we felt really welcomed. Ms. Wenslie took great care of us during our stay making sure everything was ok with us all the time. They prepared a lot of surprises for us from the special room arrangement to all those sweet treats, we were particularly touched when we saw our wedding photos and blessing messages hung in the room by the window! That was such a sweet touch! If you are looking for a place whether to celebrate or just for staycation, this is definitely highly recommended! (Oh and by the way one of the best breakfast/brunch if ur staying during the weekend and the Ambassador suite was so great!)

  Best hotel experience in Macau

  Hotel location is really convenient, right next to the Venetian and can easily get access to food, shopping, casino and literally everything. Service is awesome from check-in to check-out. Guest service manager Merci helped me with the in-room check-in and arranged the birthday surprise for me!!! It was absolutely a magical moment for me when I came back to my room and saw the birthday cake and all the lovely greeting setups. Staff at the swimming pool was also friendly and helpful. The only drawback I could think of is probably with the bathtub, it would be helpful to put up a reminder sign for the slipperiness. I forgot to put in the non-slip mat and the time I got in bathtub, I slip in water right away. That might potentially cause safety issues. Despite that, four seasons hotel is the hightlight of my Macau trip with no doubt, will come back for sure!
