  Great place to stay

  The staff are so friendly and helpful here even if you are just staying 1 night. We stayed here the night before flying out of Pearson Int'l and it was a very comfortable night sleep, they have a park n fly option that is very affordable/comparable and a free shuttle to the airport (about 15 minutes away) that you book the night before, they are on time and efficient in getting you to the airport. This is so much better than waiting for a shuttle in the middle of a huge windy cold parking lot not knowing when the next shuttle will arrive. There's a Fionn McCools on the premises so it's very convenient for meals, including breakfast (not included in your room booking). When we got back from our vacation after a 9+hr red eye flight we missed the shuttle by 10 minutes and so would have had to wait an hour for the next one, given we were so exhausted we decided to take a local cab ($30!!!), so their free shuttle service is great value. When we arrived by cab we were met at the hotel by the Manager Mr. Selva who was so apologetic about the timing of our arrival and missing the shuttle that he insisted that before we started our hour long drive home we have a complimentary breakfast. Missing the shuttle was just bad timing, we didn't complain, they are just super nice at this hotel.

  Shuttle service let down

  We had an overnight layover from Cancun to Winnipeg. I had chatted with the hotel in the afternoon to confirm if their shuttle service would still be available for a late arrival as we were getting to the airport at 10p.m. She confirmed that would be available and provided me with a number to call and where to meet the shuttle. I called for the shuttle and they advised it would be there at 10:45. When I called I was at the location already. It was 10:40. The driver didn't show. I called back at 10:50 and they advised that the driver waited an extra 5 minutes (impossible since I was on the phone with them). We ended up standing in the cold until 11:20 to get the shuttle and we had to catch it at P10 not P13 as we were advised. (Probably why we missed it in the first place.) However, the saving grace for this stay was that the front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating and helped us get food even though the restaurant was closing right away. The room itself was quite nice. Despite a difficult start it was an okay stay.

  It was just what I needed, a place to stay close to the airport. Although not as close as I was expecting with airport in the name. All of the staff were very friendly, decent restaurant on the main level.

  Comfortable room & stay

  Reasonably nice and spacious room, and comfortable bed and bedding. Good hotel shuttle bus service. Front desk staff members are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to location. Hotel seems to have been renovated/updated since my last stay.

  Nice Hotel

  I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport East hotel as it was close to a presentation in Etobicoke I had to attend. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I really liked the strong water pressure in the shower in my room.
